I loved those performances, but the first two eps had me hoping they'd be more diverse than your standard pop idol garbage EVEN IF I like what they're doing. oh well I'll just go rewatch that rap battle.
anyway my nigga Kotaro once again ran this episode. MVP.
The scene at the end where they all got struck by lightning was really cool, certainly didn't expect what came after, made the whole episode super memorable.
Oh yeah, that was definitely my favorite episode so far. Kotaro talking to Junko was pretty sweet.
The performance itself was really good, Junko and Ai has finally completely gotten over their past. That vocaloid remix of their first song because of the lightning was great lmao. Junko and Yugiri are definitely my favorite singers out of the group, their voices are really great.
Damn Mista Koutarou unexpectedly had a very cool behaviour this time and giving such a wise words to the depressing lone zombie. But i still like his annoying shit act, and good thing he keep doin that by 'accidentally' crash Junko all of sudden. Not that its his mistake, but its still make me lol. Definitely best song so far, and using the edm aspect to their first song by using that lightning, actually suit well enough to their last performance on this episode. Not to mention there's an additional plot right before its end. Hype af and easily best episode for me. Idk why i skip this smh my head....
Hide and seek is the best offline games on this fatamorgana-called-world-thing. Please comment nicely. I am newbie here.
The balance between the comedy and emotional scenes were pretty darn good if I do say so myself. 😤
The van scene was awesome too! I kind of expected Junko to be run over, but the foreshadowing made it worth it! &++ my word, Tae is starting to show improvements in everything she does! I wonder if she's ever gonna say something!~
Struck by lighting idols, singing with ray gun on their hands lol..
If it was for real, those zombies bodies would be burned and tear apart lol 😅 but that will ruin the comedy (fun) part
It was exactly the level of absurd I was hoping for. The animation is... well, it's there at least, but honestly it's not as bad as I feared it would be.
I just want to know why they animate their dances like this. It was good on the first episode. Iron Frill's performance from this episode was good too. Why do they do the main act dirty like this? The song was really good and the choreography too, so why mess up the animation?
Tae-chan is turning into their mascot now. She's doing really well!
If you are going to disagree with me, don't bother talking to me. I will seriously hurt you!
The manager: "i don't care about your internal fights, handles those on your own"
Also the manager: a well made speech to Junko about time going by and how she still has the right to be herself, making her own choices and still realizing she isn't alone any more.
Nice. Now, next time, try to not run over her with the van.
Stupid rain, you won't ruin Franchouchou gig. Even if, unfortunately, stage fright is coming up too, Saki was accidentally letting some dangerous details slip, and the beginning is slow. You're not alone, there are also the two metalheads from episode 1. But this time, Lightning's return has a different outcome, for a greater good.
CUT IN!
(Iron Frill leader with the same voice of Nico Yazawa is great to notice)
Great episode, despite Koutarou yelling at Sakura to solve their own problems and Junko's problem, he actually did go to Junko to help her out through a motivating speech, to go out on stage and not worry about anything, and that the core nature of idols is still the same (inspiring others to follow their idol dreams, making people happy through song and dance, etc) and that her zombie comrades are there for her. She doesn't have to force herself to go to photo sessions either. Nice to see a human side to Koutarou here.
Junko ends up going to perform, bursting out the door and jumping the gate, and then got ran over by Koutarou's van. Seeing her stand up with her confidence again is awesome, the girls are happy to see her come back. This episode also has the iconic meme of Sakura's face as she is being sprayed. During the rainstorm on stage, Junko now brings up Ai (the one afraid of being struck by lightning) during the performance, and they power through it. Despite the stage being struck by lightning, the girls are okay and they finish their awesome performance. Great song.
