| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah, political purges. A classic. It was pretty tough seeing Ibuya getting mixed up in it despite being completely innocent. I was really worried about him for a bit. Very glad to see Tezuka puling some strings to stage an escape. And it's ironic that now the only place Ibuya can go is the Mito clan which he was accused of conspiring with. The new leader definitely is bad news but his regime is already showing signs of instability so I doubt he will remain in power for too long. In any case, things are definitely getting more and more serious. |
