| What's great about the pen scene is that the punchline really came out of nowhere. I was expecting something like the pen flew to stab Olivia's head or something, but the actual punchline was so out of left field that I almost died in laughter. |

I've been loving this show and the humor is just so on point, but this episode about the transgender character really threw me off. It was really weird and pretty transphobic... the jokes were mostly about the idea of a man being dressed as a woman and pretending to be a girl at their girls school and how crazy that would be. Though she was a pretty cool character and was apparently one of the prettiest girls in school despite being trans. So I dont know. It was kind of distasteful, especially taking into account the new all-girls schools in Japan that are welcoming transgender girls nowadays
