Those diagrams describing tactics in battle are one of the best features of Kingdom, makes it easy to understand and get a feel of the battle. Anyway, Ouhon hype!

Akou had a very quick response as well. This is going great. It seems everyone of Shin's rivals have shown their real potential in this campaign.

Shin really needs to step up his own game.

Very good indeed, I sure didn't expect this from Ouhon, the man ran across the whole battlefield.

Looks like Chougaryuu is not that much worried about this. Will be interesting now to see how will Bananji and his army respond while being attacked from both sides.

I get a feeling that Shin's lack of serious development, is in part due to the Mangaka's trying to keep generals events in line with history.

There's a chance that the Mangaka is purposefully holding back from having Shin improve, and learn some measure of tactics and strategy in order to make that event feel more plausible should he decide to push the manga that far.

Personally, I'm hoping to see the Managaka go against history and have Shin play a vital role in uniting China. Otherwise, this manga may end up having a bitter sweet, if not tragic ending if it doesn't end right after Shin becomes a general and has his first major success.

Absolutely!

Plus I always thought the reserve units were back up units to use for whatever unplanned events, I never understood they were to protect the rear before these :)

Ouhon is smart. I think he won't screw up this attack.

Shin on the other hand, can't wait for him to get smart. He has to reach Ouki level.

I think all of mouten ouhon and shin will be promoted to general after conquering Zhao shin will not be satisfied by any thing other than rebouko's head after seeing mouten and ouhon .. I'm sure

Not after that whole build up for his character throughout the manga

All the 3 will become great generals and will play a vital role in China unification till the end of the manga

Don't worry that will never happen...it's clear from all the 500 chapters that shin is the main protagonist and the centre of the manga

I bet he delayed shin development to allow a way to prolong the manga and keep it interesting by his development afterwards

He has gone againist history many times and

Shin and king elsai will both reach their dream eventually ( becoming the greatest general and China unification )

I bet on rebouko's head in this war for shin

BTW I don't know history so no spoilers please ^_^

Hara will lose alot of fans if mouten or ouhon died so I don't think so...

Did hara say one of them will die if you know history no spoilers please..
