Great chapter, no action here but Man'u's backstory was really touching. I kind of like him now, it's nice to see how expansive the World Building in Kingdom is (well it is based on the real world after all).
yikes

Poor Man'U. Guy lost himself in his own burden pretty badly.

Alright chapter, wasn't that bad but I expected more after the break. Still Man U and Sento Un are pretty likable so I guess its ok.

The old guy probably won't die Tou ain't like that to off people.

I personally really love this chapter. Man U's backstory is really tragic. And this page is soooo relevant:

Guess they won't behead him though, he and the other generals would be great as new comrades. And lol at Rokuomi, he's basically just a walking gag now XD

They didnt exactly turn on him. Their king surrendered to Chu. While Man'U was a general and hero to them he was not the king. So really it was more so the king who betrayed him which as it shows he didn't think they could hold out so he made a deal. Then once the citizens were a part of Chu they didn't really have much say in anything.

Man'U's tragic backstory, it's really fucked up though. The king gave up his own people to Chu and he came back and fought against them later on..

Wow....

Man'U's backstory is so tragic. That's probably one of the harshest backstories I've seen so far in Kingdom. Absolutely brutal to realize that after killing everyone. Just to imagine what those beki citizens were thinking when they saw Man'U coming after them. Tragic.
