| Try Library Wars/Toshokan Sensou, even if the romance its not the main story, but it's still there. I think the romance more realistic than the most shoujo anime, their chemistry are interesting, from admire to love... You should see the tv series first>the Movie>if you want try The live action too(theres 3 live action movie). |

| Right, if you dont mind age gap/ojisan love try Ristorante Paradiso and kuragehime too, genre is Josei so the story its bit mature compared to shoujo and theres no harem :) not best but, I think its pretty decent. | Golden Time is amazing it has really good drama that may make you tear up here and there but there's no death. It also has really good comedy. It's usually the first romance anime I show friends that might be interested into getting into good drama anime. Kokoro Connect is also really good, deals with some supernatural elements a love triangle and some side character relationships. The first 2 episodes are a little slow but it picks up and becomes something you can't stop watching. Again good drama, some comedy, and no death. There's also kids on the slope. it deals with friends music and relationships in a really cool way. It's has a few emotional moments but a lot of it is good vibes and people trying to find where their hearts will take them. If you're looking for just happy comedy romance with just one main couple who end up together, Then go for My Love Story or Say I Love You. But the emotional moments that come with many romance animes will make you happy you cried. |
