| I've visited it once out of curiosity. It's interesting to see how accurate some movies are or aren't with this kind of stuff. It's also gave me a reality check, this stuff does happen, I mean I knew it did before but it has made news of such events slightly more intense for me as it feels "real" now that I've seen it. Other than that no it hasn't affected me at all and I have not gone back to it to look at more stuff. There is a game out there in which you have to watch videos one by one until you can't handle the gore anymore. I got quite far into but there's just some things that make you think, why am I watching this? You just become disgusted by it. Certain people will get a thrill out of watching this kind of thing, these people won't necessarily go out and commit such acts. Perhaps it's just a curiosity thing for them. As I pointed out before this is a part of reality whether the individual can handle it or not is a different matter. Good or bad it is a part of reality, I can't make that call. I feel if a person is going to be violent a video won't trigger it, only their environment will. That includes people inciting others to do things. I should mention I LOVE gore in my manga, but I know it's not real. I don't like it because it's gore, I like it because of the circumstances surrounding it if that makes sense. |

| I think they are sites that should be tracked and monitored like anything of that manner... Obviously ones where you pay(which I don't believe exist in great numbers) should be shut down and all people involved arrested and charged. Like illegal pornography(which in a way it kind of is) there's a lot of grey area's. |

| I think there's a massive difference between virtual reality and seeing a real life human being dismembered. That's just my opinion though, each to their own. Also, I said impact. I'm no psychologist but there's got to be something wrong if someone WANTS to watch this stuff over and over. |

You could have bad memories/experiences associated with those things which triggers those emotions when you see/watch them. |

| I don't mind them existing. This is interesting information that can be useful if you want to do research on how accidents really look like. But anyone who finds themselves watching them a lot should take a moment and reconsider why they do it. People are naturally attracted to violence, but we should be critical of the violent content we consume. |

| back when i was a kid i remember the ync, efukt when it wasn't as tame, nothingtoxic, and a ton of other mid 00's-early 10's sites. they all died around that time too. i tried as much as i could to avoid gore and anything fucked like that as i got older, but i've been desensitized by a lot of it. you can only see cartel gore so many fucking times by the same retards posting it before you just kinda just scroll past it and not really think too much. i still wince a lot at some things though. |
