This was pretty much a ghost story, that Madoka and Kyosuke were forced to reenact. Gotta say that I was impressed by Kyosuke's choice at the end. |

| Kind of a very okay first episode for the OVA, nothing that special. I will agree with some of the other commentators and say that yeah, it was very predictable, but it wasn't a bad episode perse. We got more Madoka and Kyosuke, a little bit of Madoka fanservice as always, and a ghost story that was not scary at all, nor anything in particular really. 6/10, it was just fine for KOR standards. |
| This was more or less an extension of episode 34 where they went to visit Kyosuke's maternal grandparents. I might be in the minority who really loved this OVA. It's definitely not the best OVA but that doesn't mean it's bad. I enjoy these old folktale type stories in general. It's a trippy episode where it was hard to tell what was actually happening and what wasn't, but the end pretty much confirmed all of it happened and Madoka witnessed them all. I liked the creepy vibes and wish the main series had more horror themed episodes where Kyosuke's powers could really shine. |

| Just, the one thing that bothered me. Using the power to help skiing? What? If you don't know how to ski, and your ski are touching the snow, then I don't see how the power would help him actually ski. Not fall, maybe, but that was clearly not what was shown. The rest was eh, felt like a regular episode. |
| 7th ova episode I've watched. So the ova opening coincides with the opening of the final cour of the tv series. We get some nice Madoka fanservice. Also strange that the watch order I follow did not put this earlier when Kasuga and the gang visited his grandparents. Not as intense as OVA episode 2 but it's still intense compared to the regular tv episodes. And it ended up wholesome despite the hot pseudo-sex scenes earlier. |
