Ah, classic 90's cyberpunk. Excellent direction, and animation was very good too. Story was nothing fancy, but the direction and style heightened the entertainment. I would love to see this done right in live action.

Personally, I was a little disappointed. All the elements are here for something special, but I didn't feel like they were properly capitalised on. I'm looking forward to the series hopefully developing these elements further as the series goes on. It's just a shame I don't have the VHS for Data Two. Until I get that, I'll have to put the series on hold.

I was expecting a lot more with three main characters. Glasses sat at a computer the whole time. Sexy boy hung out in a hallway dancing with laser beams while cool guy took care of business. Thankfully they did get to kill some robots together for a bit but overall I was little disappointed there wasn't much character development or interaction.
I don't need no instructions to know how to rock!

Each episode actually focuses on a different character so people should stick with it in that case.

I like this, it's classic stylish Kawajiri but I've never been a fan of Amachi, it's very GITS but I just don't like how he took such a long fall to be caught centimetres from the floor by some sentient wires :P

Yeah, I realized that after finishing the other episodes. Wasn't expecting that with the intro showing all three of them right at the start but I guess what else could they do? All in all, good stuff.

Yeah figured you'd watched the rest in the meantime, that was more for the benefit of anyone else reading!

I guess this wasn't all that bad for something made in 1990...

I enjoyed it for what it was, an action cyberpunk film with some charismatic characters who just wanna be badasses. This film doesn't take itself too seriously like the many pretentious films in the cyberpunk genre of this era, it was refreshing to see.

That shot of the falling petals with the vehicle behind was top aesthetic. Like "clip looped for a future funk music video on youtube" level.

Pretty interesting episode.
Weird mix of supernatural/cyberpunk at the end with the corpse being fused with the wires and controlling the entire buidling's computer network.

More creative and fun than other OVAs I've seen. Can't wait to see our other anti-heroes get more airtime

I enjoy this type of throwback cyberpunk kind of anime. The production and style are great in this episode, with an entertaining s/l.

Grand looking cyberpunk anime, with interesting premise. Criminals sentenced to spend several hundred of years in prison get a chance to decrease their sentences, or even become completely free citizens, by working as a special group of security officers, striving to capture or eliminate criminals in Oedo megalopolis.

They have no other option to go by apart from just obeying the orders. The collars and risk of these collars exploding is preventing them from running away from their duties. Freedom has a very high price to be paid before finally regaining it, indeed.

I loved the art style and animation, as well as, of course, this awesome futuristic atmosphere. I'm glad I learned about this show.

Awesome to watch this now what with AI becoming a thing. Advanced supersoldiers etc are on their way!

Great kick-ass hero 80's stuff. This one's going to be good and smoldering. 80's noir is the best.

Love the aesthetic. Funny voice acting, main antagonist/plot was interesting and designs are coo.
