Recommendations

Both of these anime contain slap stick panty humor, not to mention the animation has an experimental side to them and they also happen to have a simular feel.

Bright colors, a chaotic plot line along with a chaotic cast of characters.
report Recommended by Yemi_Hikari
The characters have similar personalities, the story line is chaotic and the art style very similar, not to mention they blend well. The series also have supernatural elements and the characters have some of the same powers.

Similarities: Both lead female characters have what you called a "LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT" with the male lead characters. Both male leads pledge to protect the female lead. Both have school, harem, magic and supernatural genres. Both have childhood friends whom were placed on the sidelines. Both male leads have special abilities. Both lead characters together with their female partners were compelled to join in a secret organization. Both were a pseudo harem. Dissimilarities: The female lead in the other anime is a dragon while in the other one is a vampire. The secret organization the characters were in, differ, because one organization is more on scientific and functions like a club, while in  read more

Similarities: Both muchachos (male lead) were miraculously revived by the chiquita (female lead). Both muchachos (male lead) sudden found themselves being part of some organization. Both has the same school, ecchi and supernatural genre. Dissimilarities: The mucahcho in Itsuka Tenma No Kuro Usagi still maintains part of his humanity, while in Highschool DxD, the muchacho is now a demon himself. Fanservice in Highschool DxD is more intense than Itsuka Tenma No Kuro Usagi. The chiquita in Itsuka Tenma No Kuro Usagi is just a lowly vampire, while in Highschool DxD the main chiquita is the head demon herself.

Both are rather light, funny shows about supernatural powers with an important romantic thread. Both have really nice graphic and are perfect to watch during summer break^ ^
report Recommended by Namida_ne
In both shows the main protagonist finds out that they are immortal and have a time limit where there powers are refilled. In itsuka tenma... its every 15 minutes his power is restored but in shakugan no shana its every day at midnight. If you liked one you will like the other because there's a lot of fighting and some romance so it will never get boring.

Both of these shows are about Vampires & both main protagonists don't remember their past because of erasure of their memories. Both are somewhat focused on romance. Both are great if you enjoy one then you will definitely enjoy the other.
report Recommended by TragicRomance
Supernatural creatures of all kinds with central character being powerful vampire girl. Story is much more light-hearted than you might expect from such setting. Visuals are also very bright and colorful, especially in Itsu-Ten.

-Both based around teenagers fighting in an action/supernatural setting. -Both have yandere female leads who are completely devoted to their partners.

Tohka and Saitohimea originally hated humans because of their unfortunate circumstances but the MC shows them genuine kindness, bringing out their cute dere sides.

Both shows have protagonists who are members of a super-powered student council.
report Recommended by shigeru212
These kind female protagonists are formidable pink-haired girls who are protective of the male lead.
report Recommended by shigeru212
The members of the student council have a lot of chemistry with each other, making for some captivating dialogue.
report Recommended by shigeru212
The female leads are very devoted to the protagonist, openly showing their affection from the beginning of the show.
report Recommended by shigeru212
The protagonists in both anime keep getting killed all the time
report Recommended by Makowka
The main females have very lovely character designs and a one-track mind that revolves around the MC.

Both are action anime that have a girl suddenly joining the main character who then fight together against various enemies. They both use effective humor, have entertaining action scenes, and have deep characters. Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi is a little more fantasy-based with magic and vampires, but it doesn't overly affect the story.
report Recommended by Linollieum
Both shows have the two main protagonists, a vampire and a human who can use some form of magic, face off against mysterious and powerful foes. Additionally, both anime are infused with ecchi, comedy, and school life themes.

Let's see, these shows both have a lot in common: - A weak, powerless male protagonist who wants to get stronger for the sake of the heroine. - A strong heroine that always ends up saving the guy. - Both the main protagonists have vague recollections of having met before, or having made a promise to one another. - Both the animes are set in school. - Both have wonderfully drawn battle scenes. - Both have no actual plots whatsoever.

has a similar theme with a vampire girl and a protagonist that loves her.

Both of these anime are set in school, and the plot revolves around student councils. In both we have a bunch of funny charcters working there together. And I simply find both of them very amusing and nice, funny series. Yeah, I kind of think the sense of humor is similiar in both of them, and it's the one I, personally, like.

Main girl character is a vampire. Main guy had amnesia and forgets the girl, who he "serves". They're in love with each other. The main guy both has some power.

- the same character design; - male-female MC love each other from the begin; - well done magic fights; - pretty good comedy and ecchi moments; - loli/moe girls; - bright colors.
report Recommended by Disillusion
A basic summary of these two series's is... Pretty, loli, high-rank-demon girl bestows immortality upon a quite, submissive human schoolboy; afterwards, he feels the need to protect her. The wimp becomes the knight in shining armor for the 'powerful' girl, who's in regular danger.
report Recommended by Gleam_Queen
Brightly colored girls, dealing with the supernatural world around them, not to mention two guys who have been choosen as the hero for the show by the girl, and of course, there is the romance.
report Recommended by Yemi_Hikari
Both link a white-haired boy with a very special, magical girl. Both rely on similar archetypes (another female love interest in contrast the lead female, a dark-haired rival for the white-haired boy, etcetera) and both link high school life and romance with fantasy and action. Also both have nasty monsters and plenty of teen angst! Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi is vampire-based and has more romance; Sacred Seven is mecha-based and has more action. Sacred Seven has better production values although Kuro Usago has more colors.

Extremely similar plotline and brotherly relationship -very cool magical battles

- Both have similar graphics and animation with lots of colors. - Both have characters with supernatural powers. - Both have a fair amount of action.

The theme of vampires plays a role in both of these series. The setting of both anime(s) takes place @ school and the main character adjusts to his new circumstances as he meets the main girl and other characters. Romance and mystery are imminent.

I Don't know why no one else made this recommendation . Am I the only one who thinks these two look very similiar ? Well anyway . Both have Supernatural/Action/Romance theme mainly. Both don't have deep story , short 12 episodes. Similar good looking graphics. Main powerful girl falls in love with main character and helps him get stronger. Love triangles , in both there is a childhood friend who also in love with main character. -And also gets involved with story mainly.(Not the right words I know ,tried not to give any spoilers ) ----- I mean come on , especially last two things I said ,these two animes  read more

Like Kaede, Haruka took care and grew up with the guy Taiko that she fell in love with, but she watches a new girl Himea steal her love of her life away. Haruka tries to impress her love by making him tons of bento lunches. Like Rin, Taiko met Himea (a vampire) during his childhood and doesn't remember her until he's a teen. Himea= Sia, Nerine, Primula..
