Firstly, drawing 8/10
The animation is solid enough and the graphics are smooth while the sex shots are seductive enough so I think it deserves this rating.

Secondly, the story 5/10
Well, the story is very simple and it works. Where a simple mistake by the landlady leads to her having sex with a high school student. Well, no one focuses much on the story after all, and it's a hentai work.

What I like most about Studio 1st's work is the sounds, whether it's sound effects or actors' voices. They always excel at this, honestly.
In the end, this work is not the best hentai work, but it is good enough. Well, it contains a good sexual atmosphere, with beautiful drawing, smooth in showing sex shots, and with a nice character.
Well, I am sure that you will not regret watching it.

Reminds me of a plot from a doujin I read. Two people rent the same apartment due to a mistake on the landlord's part. Having no other place to stay, the two stay in the same apartment, which eventually leads to them having, spoiler alert, sex. Except in the doujin, it was a wholesome moment between two consenting adults and this is a full grown-ass adult with a high school student. But hey, that might be an improvement to some of yah. Anyways, simple story that works.

Art: 8/10

Animation is ... pretty solid, but I swear to god her boobs have motion blur in some scenes. I don't know shit about cinematography, but I swear those tits got motion blur, lmao.

Sound: 10/10

Same as always, nobody every screws sound up. However, if you are watching without headphones, be warned that there is a sudden loud sex noises around 4 minutes in.

Character: 8/10

Girl is cute, but not memorable character.

It's not the best hentai ever, but it's good enough. Tbh, all it made me wonder is whether or not that doujin I read is ever gonna get an adaption
