Story: 7/10
Reminds me of a plot from a doujin I read. Two people rent the same apartment due to a mistake on the landlord's part. Having no other place to stay, the two stay in the same apartment, which eventually leads to them having, spoiler alert, sex. Except in the doujin, it was a wholesome moment between two consenting adults and this is a full grown-ass adult with a high school student. But hey, that might be an improvement to some of yah. Anyways, simple story that works.
Art: 8/10
Animation is pretty solid, but I swear to god her boobs have motion blur in some scenes. I don't know shit about cinematography, but I swear those tits got motion blur, lmao.
Sound: 10/10
Same as always, nobody every screws sound up. However, if you are watching without headphones, be warned that there is a sudden loud sex noises around 4 minutes in.
Character: 8/10
Girl is cute, but not memorable character.

It's not the best hentai ever, but it's good enough. Tbh, all it made me wonder is whether or not that doujin I read is ever gonna get an adaption
