New Interest Stack
Interest StacksTokusatsu (特撮) is a term originally coined to describe to a specific brand of special effects-heavy live-action movies and television (in fact, the word translates directly as "special effects"). The genre was popularised by Godzilla (1954), though the term actually predates it slightly. In this list, I tried to collect as many shows as possible that are dedicated to the deconstruction of certain genres, plot themes or various characters. Therefore, there are both tragedies like Madoka and Eva, and parodies like KonoSuba or Kaguya. Current and upcoming anime adaptations of the battle shonen manga. Includes both Shonen Jump's major hits (Boku no Hero Academia) or reboot of cult works (Shaman King, Bastard) as well as upcoming adaptations of of relatively new works. any cat appearance :3 This stack is dedicated to new or simply other works of famous authors that do not fall under spin-offs, alternative timelines or stealth sequels. I will indicate the author and what they are famous for for each included anime, I hope this will help you expand your knowledge about the works of your favorite or interesting authors. I also tried not to include works for which famous authors simply wrote the script for someone else's idea, but if you want, I will include that in the future. Anime that have similar characteristics or that resemble American superhero comics or that are influenced by Tokusatsu shows. Various parody shows, mostly friendly or not really, making fun of any genres, character archetypes or premises. Mainly from series whose main theme is not dance and sequences mostly come from opening or ending, sometimes from an episode.
