IDOLiSH7 Third Beat! Part 2

IDOLiSH7 is more successful than ever, but no one is smiling because a new threat has taken the stage: the debuting idol group ŹOOĻ. Managed by the nefarious entertainment executive Ryou Tsukumo, they will stop at nothing to get their way, resorting to all kinds of underhanded tactics to bring down their rivals. TRIGGER's image has already been ruined by scandal, and IDOLiSH7 and Re:vale are headed for the same fate—or worse.

Meanwhile, Zero, the legendary idol who disappeared 15 years ago, continues to haunt the present through those he left behind. His manager seems to be in contact with Tsukumo for his own schemes, and Zero's songwriter reveals himself in a letter after having been missing for years. IDOLiSH7 finds an ally in Re:vale to thwart ŹOOĻ's plans while trying to make sense of Zero's colleagues' actions, but it may be impossible for everyone to emerge unscathed.

Oh my goodness

A lot of people sleep on male idol animes but honestly idolish7 is for everyone ESPECIALLY this season in particular. This season took the definition of not judging a book by its colour and running it over with a road roller 15 times and then dousing motor oil on it only to then blow it up.

Do you want to see them kill each other? They'll try to! Do you want to watch anime idols dance? Thats there! Do you want funny cutaway gags? Thats there too! Do you want to see a married couple bickering? This is the show for you!

When ... I tell you this season rearranged my life choices in watching idol animes I mean it, I underestimated the power of those yaoi fuckers thinking it'd be another bland and boring season but I've just has a reality check from a fish slapping me across the face telling me to watch idolish7 third beat part 2 and YOU SHOULD TOO

My favourite song from the season would definitely have to be taiyou no esperanza not just because of the song but because of the significance of how it was used in the anime itself (I'm slightly more convinced to pick up the mobile game). My only criticism would to be have some cooler songs tbh because some of them fall flat but other than that this is a genuine staple of idol history and culture
Aqua from oshi no ko could never bust it down like momo and yuki from re:vale get on their level before you speak

Idolish 7 Third Beat! Part 2 was certainly a step up from the previous seasons. It has beautiful catchy songs to amazing performances.

Both Trigger and Zool in this series stood out the most in this season since do make fantastic songs that are arguably much better than Idolish 7.

Throughout most of the musical animes that has been produced Idolish 7 really is one the best out there and the art style is quite pleasing to look at , along with the some usage of CGI performances that look pretty good for anime.

Most of the characters within each of these groups are quite ... likable and as the viewer you learn about them including their own short comings.

You are missing out on a lot if you didn't watch this yet.
The story keeps gets better and more mysterious with each season. People who haven't watched it yet thinking that it's just an idol anime or filled with rainbows, you're wrong. It's more than that.
In short, this is one of the best animes filled with mystery, songs, comedy, every genre tbh. So don't skip it!
Also for those of you who don't know this, the anime is adapted from the mobile game 'iDOLiSH7' and it's a very fun rhythm game and has the whole story till the end. It's still ongoing btw.
So do try the ... game out as well!
