Witch Craft Works: Takamiya-kun to Imouto no Warudakumi

Well, for a moment there I thought the OVA will be just another fan service.

Turns out the OVA of Witch Craft Works itself, in my opinion, generate more excitement for me than the actual series itself. It is very light-hearted and to be frank, the comedy is very refreshing.

Bringing the bro-con topic of the main character's sister and WWE-ish featuring bear and penguin, the OVA is just an extension to the main series.

The art and the sound are very much the same with the usual series. The character however, stole the spotlight in this OVA.

I have to say that the OVA is ... much more enjoyable and comedic compared to the main series.

For overall resultt, this is one OVA that is good, if not, better than the main series in term of enjoyment.

Ill first state the other only person who reviewed this is SO wrong i personally enjoyed the anime more than the OVA otherwise this review will probably be a short one

Story: no real story too the OVA it just picks up the anime ends you really see more of the side characters than the main characters

Art: art was very good nothing bad about it

Sound: same as art everything about it was good

Character: like i said in the story part you mostly get the side characters with this one like Honoka's sister and some of his enemy's

Enjoyment: i did get good laughs out of this but ... i did get WAY more of that from the anime and the action with the OVA is pretty good

Overall: giving this a 7 the comedy was good but not good enough for and the action as well too give this a 8 but almost hit that point but ill gladly give this a 7 as i did enjoy this anime

Was a super fun episode focusing on the sister instead of the main character.

It is a ova so theres not much to it except fun!

Art seemed a little worse than the rest of the show but its a ova so its to be somewhat expected.
I would recommend this, and if you havent watched the main show its not much special but I would recommend it for a enjoyable anime.

Im mainly writing this because i usually check the reviews for OVAs before watching them so I dont get dissapointed and there were only three so yup.
and this part is to make the review long enough ... to be submitted because there isnt much to say.

Really not much to say about this.

An extra, self-contained episode focusing on Kasumi and tanpopo. It's nothing amazing, but it's enjoyable. It has all the quality of the main series, except it had a bit more humour and action(which makes sense considering it's a standalone episode) I disagree with the reviewer who said it's better than the main series. I'd say this episode was nice, but a bit lower quality than the main series ones. On that note, I was sort of disappointed it didn't tie into the story at all or add much characterisation.

Anyways, if you liked WCW, I'd recommend watching this.

Witch Craft Works: Takamiya-kun to Imouto no Warudakumi (2015)

STORY:

OVA about Kasumi gaining an alliance with Tanpopo to take down the Princess. They recruit other members of Tower Witches to achieve this goal. Ultimately it is based around Kasumi and her Bro-Con ways that is seen by all but her. They proceed with their plan and the expected results. The actual episode picks up directly from the end of the 12th episode. It also contains a funny fight scene with the cute mentor Rinon.

ART:

The art is the same as before just perhaps a little less polished off so the quality is slightly worse, but ... it is far from bad however.

SOUND:

Same as the main series. All very good and to standard with the great ending song.

CHARACTER:

Get to know more about the other supporting Tower Witches and more about Kasumi which is really nice to see.

ENJOYMENT:

The episode is very enjoyable and brings some extra hilarity to the already great series.

OVERALL:

Absolutely worth a watch if you enjoyed the series.
