I think the ending of FMA 03 was really haunting, and yeah the nina scene was really sad.

I personally don't like the rest of Ghibli that much, but I really liked Mononoke, Only Yesterday, Grave of the Fireflies, etc.

Fma 03 was actually better, Idk i think brotherhood was really generic with that wish washy ending, I was really mesmerized and was thinking that is it the same FMA that I watched. It was such an unappealing, there was really no stakes and risks tbh, the author didn't even try taking risk and that dry humor in brotherhood is so bad but still the scenes do hit but Hughes death was far better in 2003

I would say Princess Mononoke was really good, Howl's Moving castle well the story was really convoluted the visuals and characters were good but spirited away damn I dropped this halfway cause I was not at all impressed meanwhile Princess Mononoke and castle in the sky impressed me a lot

I'm probably the biggest one piece hater you can find in this platform, I would probably finish it someday and make a review about it

U should try one, like Princess Mononoke or any of them, Their movies are absolutely stunning

Nah I dropped it around the whole luffy vs lucci rematch and the whole crew vs warlord clone fight in Egghead arc.

There are just so many anime I watched that even I don't remember the most obscure one so far has to be Lament of the Lamb, Literally the least known ova I have watched during the whole 3g period lol

I started watching anime during late 2013 i guess, My first anime was Another lmao (I'mma huge fan of horror genre I used to love horror movies but this was just simply not good) This anime literally made me want to quit anime, then I tried Noragami and thought it was ok, also watch fate stay night 2006, it was bad too, Then i started watching one piece thought it was good as a child now I have grown to despise it, Watched upto Dressrosa, after that I eventually dropped cause it was getting dragged for too long then I think I just stopped watching anime for 3 years, the latter is just history lmao

I don't really watch any new seasonal anime, cause none of them really interest me to least, I think Rurouni Kenshin's Kyoto arc is the only thing that I care about for now. Most probably Dark Gathering was another manga which I think was pretty good and also another manga called Heavenly Delusion both are really good and enjoyable

My Brother is pretty toxic if u just check his rating u will see 1 star ratings all over shows that he don't like such an elitist lmao, even tho it was i who rated them, i just asked him and this were his response, anime he don't like are automatically 1 star lol

I don't really think it's anime burnout, in my case, it's most probably I never was enthusiastic enough to binge watch anything, I just watch 2 or 3 episodes then call it a day. I only ever binge watched some series like One piece and Erased, that's very long ago. But when I have someone to watch with then i most probably can bear many episodes. I watched series like Naruto, Fmab, Steins Gate, Ghost in the Shell, Parasyte, Aot, Vinland Saga, Monster(my brother's favourite for some reason💀and he isn't even an anime fan lol), HxH (one of my personal favourite anime) and some anime movies with my brother, I was easily able to finish all of them but cannot do the same without someone.

I just can't even watch a single episode nowadays the last anime I watched were Gungrave and Fullmetal Alchemist 2003 which was last year

I would say first you should introduce yourself to the Nausicaa anime then again read the manga from the start, it will be for the best

Rurouni Kenshin is an amazing series definitely worth try I would say watch the 1996 or read the manga, and before reading chapter 165 or after finishing the 90s anime (watch only upto episode 62 rest are fillers) then try Trust and Betrayal one of the best ova of all time then read the manga u will understand Kenshin's character even more.

The 1st season was ok it had better characterisation compared to the rest, I'm not saying being a pacifist is bad, even I like characters like Nausicaa and Himura Kenshin, But I have problems with his straight forward ideology and the repetitive storylines and fumbling with characters like Canute was the biggest fault of these later farming arc right after Prologue arc

Haven't read Houseki no kuni yet, I'm reading Vinland saga now, Jeez it has to be a hot take but I don't find it as good as others claim it to be

Fair enough, just your passion alone has sparked a flame in me! So i have 3-4 years to read or watch one piece lol. But yeah its all about time management, I do wanna be apart of that end. Oda and his works are legendary, and I did read Bleach in a few months but I had a hour bus ride daily for that period of time, too funny. I do like to look at the covers for a lot of OP. Very colorful and interesting character designs. Wit dropping new eps would be pretty cool too, I wonder if they will do that for Naruto or Bleach. Supposedly Naruto was suppose to have a few old eps updated. Havent seen or heard anything yet

I'm more into josei "adult women" type of demography. Seinen is good too. Been collecting manga for years now

I just think manga us more accessible than anime and is easy to catch up with
