10+ - The best of the best, the two shows I consider to be 99th percentile of the 99th percentile, the top 1% of the top 1%

- Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

10 - Masterpiece, doesn't mean perfect, one or two flaws, just one of the best in the industry.

- Mushishi
- Monogatari: Second Season
- Princess Mononoke

9 - Amazing, has only a few flaws.

- Steins:Gate
- Death Note
- Parasyte

8 - Great, some flaws but not too many.

- Angel Beats
- Code Geass
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

7 - Good, quite a few flaws but none the less good and enjoyable.

- Attack on Titan
- Clannad
- Outbreak Company

6 - Above average, many flaws but still was fun.

- Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters
- Pokemon

5 - Average, not bad, mediocre but still ok.

- Bleach
- Fairy Tail
- Fate/ stay night

4 - Below average, when the cons start to out weigh the pros.

- Absolute Duo
- Dragon Ball GT
- Fate/stay night Movie: Unlimited Blade Works

3 - Bad, many, many flaws making this thorughly bad and unenjoyable.

- Rail Wars!
- Angel Cop

2 - Awful, truly one of the worst things I have had to witness.

- All the Violence Jack

1 - Vogon poetry, simply horrible.

- Mars of Destruction
- High School of the Dead: Drifters of the Dead

Like basically everyone on this site I review based on 5 categories, Story, Sound, Art, Characters, and Enjoyment. Which gets into how I give scores.

1. A show does not have to get a 10 in all categories to get a 10 overall

2. Art and Sound can boost a show's score, but a show can't get a overall 10 based on these two categories, the highest Art and Sound can push a shows score is a 9.

3. Enjoyment is the category that is weighed the most in a show's overall score.
