The art is different, and K-ON! Has better music and animation. The character Designs are very different, but they both suffice.

They both feature a pink haired Kugimiya voiced loli tsundere, who calls the main protagonist her slave. The settings are very different but the character relationships are essentially the same, the tsunderes being so similar you'll think they're the same person.
