Since you read GT, what is the overall quality as it progresses?

The .hack series is my favorite MMO-ish anime, other MMO story anime took alot from it (SAO, accel world). All are pretty much stand alone, so the order doesn't matter, playing the .hack games helps understanding them better (or you can alway read the .hack wiki.) Not all hack anime are worth watching thou. I recommend .hack/sign, .hack/roots & its movie, .hack//Quantum. The first two are more slow paced with the focus on characters & story buildup, plus godly soundtrack. .hack//Quantum is more battle/adventure.

I always forget to look for it online, I kinda just want to see if I catch an episode on adult swim so then for sure I know if I like it or not, but I'm sure it's easy to find online

I guess I'll wait for the movie to come out and then give K an another try, at least for a few episodes to see if it catches my interest.
I've been putting off reading FMP LN not to spoil the third season, but unfortunately it doesn't seem we'll be getting one anytime soon.
Walkure Romanze is interesting, cute girls in full armor battling each other, what more do you even want. This season is really great, so many good shows, but not enough time to watch them all.
I like Golden Time and Log Horizon. First one is said to be from a good romance/drama LN and Log Horizon reminds me of .hack/sign, one of my favorite anime. Kill la kill is also promising.

I remember i watched just the first eisode last december, but dropped it since i didn't like all the randomness in it. A fuckton of people with superpowers out of nowhere, attacking each other without any reason, while spouting some over the top storyline that was even more confusing. Generic dense MC with a dark past, suddenly getting stalked by a catgirl (or something like that, don't really remember well), besides all what you said. All that in one ep. I didn't have much desire to continue watching it.

I see you dropped ef: A Tale of Memories and Full Metal Panic, which is kinda a shame since both are very good anime.
Ef and its sequel are my favorite romance anime. It has excelent and kinda unique art, but the best part are interactions between character, they have an actual depth that most anime can only dream of. It has great drama, twists and character development.

FMC is also great, with the relationship between Sousuke and Chidori being hilarious and hearth warming. Souske's military antics are also really funny, they involve him taking most normal life events totally too seriously and using his military training to make a disaster zone of the school they attend. The anime has a lot of mecha battles, which may be a turnoff for some. There is also a comedy only version FMC:Fumoffu, which centers only on the school part and is really hilarious.

Is your;diary any good? I played g-senjou no maou a while back and it blew my mind. One of my favorite VNs with a great Death note kinda story, a great thriller with marvelous soundtrack, that was made by adapting good classical music. And the romance was excelent too, especially the main heroine.

The problem with that random romance in ZnT was, that it came out of nowhere, no buildup and the reason she fell in love was forced, like the writers decided on the spot to go in that direction. It kinda crippled Hakaze's character, since she transformed from a strong willed female character to a mostly useless teenage girl with a crush.
Aika on the other hand was well made, with her motives and relationships excellently shown. The flashbacks involving her were the highpoints of the anime imo.

Zetsuen no Tempest was really good. I especially liked the first half of the anime, it had good story, interesting characters, and the art was nice. Unfortunately it went a little downhill from there... The final twist was surprising thou, didn't see it coming.
That Rin pic is more of a joke about the fact that Rin is high on cough medicine in that scene xD You mean Hanako route? Her and Rin's were my favorites too :)
