Ouch... that sounds pretty bad. Incest always makes me shiver and questions the authors state of mind.
It's really annoying when certain titles don't get fully released in English, for example, the first 40 something episodes of Yawara were released by AnimEgo in America, with no more released afterword, and Swan had a couple of volumes left to translate, and the company went bankrupt. I hope someone fully fan-translates Swan one day, as a huge fan of Princess Tutu.
Along with Heart of Thomas, I'd love to get into other manga, like Nausicaa, which I have all the volumes for, and several Tezuka works.
If you haven't seen it, I recommend you check out a little movie by Studio 4c, called Mind Game. Very heartwarming, very inspirational little trip.

I'd really like to check out more of Dezaki/Sugino's work in the future. One show I watched from that duo I loved in the summer was their adaption of Treasure Island, it's IMO the best adaption of the classic book ever, featuring it's own twists and turns on the story that give it an extra edge of quality over all other versions. Plus it features 70s guitar music, which makes anything awesome in my eye!
I recently joined the Year 24 club, really interested in checking out more stuff from those authors. Heart of Thomas & Claudine look interesting, those are the main works I'd like to read eventually.
I had a lovely trip in Edinburgh in Scotland, and I saw Wolf Children at Scotland Loves Anime, it was wonderful, my movie of 2012 and made me shed manly tears. I highly recommend you check it out when a blu ray rip pops on the net.

This is the first newsletter from iCards! The club was launched this past Saturday & already has 400+ members so I would like to thank everyone for being part of the club. 300+ LE & 400+ LE will be open later today & many more this week.
