I used to be very fluent when I was little, but now my Spanish is very rusty due to some personal family things, now we don't speak Spanish in our household (hence my rustiness). I can understand it A LOT more than I can speak it. I might mess up here and there, but we could probably have a convo in Spanish, yes.
