No probs man, just hold onto your integrity and keep your mind composed. That way, you can think in a wider scope and take a practical decision. Either way, have a great day man.
Bro I Hope you do(did, if you tookem already) well on your exams, I use the mobile app more often now so I rarely check my notifications dawg. Sorry, I wasn't ignoring you.
More niche than elitist. It's a shoujo after all. And I genuinely loved its themes of discussion and art style. It had its issues, but it's more of troupe and some main plot logic misses which doesn't affect the factors which made me love it.
The 2 chapters of which I read of Bakemonogatari, it was pretty interesting. The premise is pretty beautifully abstract so I can actually understand why there is this much nerd dumps. But the anime ain't rubbing me that way. I should finish the first season sometime. My attention span has worsened so bad I can only spend reading mangas, whose chapters are easier to finish than 20 minute episodes.
I like reading things. Like I have a decent bibliographic history. I have my favorites and my cupboard is overflowing with them. But trying to read the same thing on a phone or a PC is super irritating. And physical copies? Don't get me started. Those shits costs five times the cost of the sort of books I buy.
I will just stick with manga. I don't want that niche elitist title gained from reading the respective light novel.
I tried getting into the light novel scene (with Bakemonogatari, followed with Suzumiya Haruhi and Kino no Tabi). But reading things from a device ain't doing the trick. I just stuck with the manga when it comes to reading on a device.

Planning to watch it sometime.
