 Rating System : I stick to the MAL rating system like how a regular human would. 5 is average anything above I like, anything below I dislike. I prioritise character writing first and foremost. Second, tone and themes. Third, visual direction and animation Fourth, good soundtrack, OPs and EDs. There are exceptions to the rule ofc and some shows can get carried solely based on visual flair and music. Basically, I have standards but don't be surprised if you see anything weird rated highly too. |
