RLC is one of those obscure gems that you may randomly come across on the internet (Just like the Revolving Lantern Company itself)
It's a company where you can go and rewatch your life from the moment you are born... So alluding to this fact, most of it is just short stories of all sorts of different people. There are subtle twists and turn that you may or may not see coming, and you'll see that the further along you are into the manga, the more absorbed you get into its stories.

are interested in the premise. Suffice to say, there is also an overarching story going on in the background, but I'd rather not spoil.
The art, especially the eyes, can put you off sometimes. But it's good, nonetheless.

Eiji Harem is a beautifully crafted work of Art... and One that deserves more appreciation.
Sparked by innocence and carried by wholesomeness, it never loses its charm.
Not much can be said about the story, its as simple as it can get. The Characters are also not all that complex, but there is this layer of genuinity that makes the said experience so sweet and adorable.
I was juggling between work, sickness, procrastination, and studying for an entrance exam. So something as comforting as this manga was indeed a need.
While I did flop the exam...
I am glad I read this manga before the exam...

This manga may not be a critical masterpiece... however, it is indeed a work of wonder and comfort for the reader <3

I know nobody really cares for this manga, so just gonna leave my thoughts here for them for myself...
Abstract ideas when well portrayed in the form of short stories can really make you wonder about the essence of whatever that idea is trying to tell...
Unfortunately, while this series of short stories tries to do this same thing.
It fails.
There are a few good bits and reasonable themes. The Essense of "what is and what's not the right thing to do?" is touched upon. But that alone is not enough to tell a relevant story.
At first it tries to challenge the conventional norms and

then the themes transition to a more realistic yet still fundamentally shallow message.
All in all, the core of every story is shallow, you won't find anything beyond the apparently superficial premise of each story, and even though these are all short stories, the respective characters act like aliens which in turn makes the already poor premise even worse.
In short, if you do decide to read these, don't go in expecting something even the least bit profound.

Wasn't Eren doing everything to protect his friends?
Ymir was a slave because she was in love?
Mikasa saved Ymir?

These are all valid questions, and honestly, Isayama should've elaborated on the ending, instead of just telling us what happened through "dialogue"
...
But... Let's just pretend that after the 122nd chapter. The story that followed was "Attack on titan: Next Generations"
Though, I am not holding it against Isayama for being so hasty with the ending.
Isayama was already special. Why?
Because he was born into this world.
He had every bit of freedom to do whatever he wants with his story :P

"IT'S THE BEST ANIME OF THIS YEAR AND IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE!"
Never have a scene, such delight character dynamics, and awfully adorable dialogue. The crispy humour can sometimes hit you later when you are snorting in your dreams.
It's subtle and deep, with a level of humour so profound, you can make a man out a wuss.
It's the essence of wholesomeness and Yuru Camp is perhaps the only anime of modern times that has never lost it's direction.
You see, for the longest time, the slice of life genre has been trying its hardest to introduce

some sort of diversity to its audience with the use of different complex romantic situations and cringe characters, and while I do agree that this may have worked for a certain audience.
It had sort of drifted away from the slice of life genre. The calm and comfy vibe of an everyday adventure filled life had become exceedingly rare.
But anime like A place further than the universe, Violet Evergarden, and then Yuru Camp... (Just to name a few, I don't want this to be an example list) These anime have this genuine aura around them, they may not be the best thing in the world and they certainly lack the popular "romance" element but when it comes to doing the "slice of life" genre justice... Not many anime can do that.
In that sense, this anime is both beautiful and wholesome. The characters are all charming and likeable, and the peaceful atmosphere that it creates is just too difficult to deny.
I'd say, if you re tired of all the hype stuff, give this one a watch, you may just end up loving it just as much as I do :)

I don’t know what the folks at Mappa are doing but keep up the good work!
If I am to be blunt about this... Jujutsu Kaisen is a genuinely refreshing take when it comes to battle Shounen. At first glance, it may appear to have the characteristics of other mainstream shounen, but its execution is different. Just because Itadori is a vessel doesn’t make him a Naruto rip-off, and just because Gojo has a mask, it doesn’t make him a Kakashi rip-off either (Honestly comparing it to Naruto is a poor comparison, I am not sure about Bleach though as I haven't watched/ read it yet)

is unique in the sense that things aren’t usually exaggerated, there is a concentrated amount of subtly in the personalities of the characters as well as their dialogues. Morality is brought out a lot, and as you must've seen in the dialogues of the characters, it is presented differently.
....Consider Fushigoro’s brilliant monologue in the 5th episode and then its extension in the second last episode, the anime isn’t trying to slap basic morality on our faces. The characters think, and they have their own convictions.
The protagonist Itadori doesn't have a Grandeur goal of becoming a revolutionary figure. He just wants to follow his conviction of saving as many people as he can, because, within him, he holds the power to do so.
Granted, his convictions were put into question when he came face to face with the reality of what he was dealing with, it further enforced his convictions, and he realized that ideals are nothing more than ideals. He can never save everyone, that's why it's so important to save everyone he can.
Plus, unlike the standard, we don’t have an overly dramatic pervert, or any hardcore simps (Please don’t Lump the Chad that is Todou into the category of hardcore Simps)
Neither are the female characters sexualized for the sake of fanservice. Bro, the female characters rock, their personalities defy the usual tropes and they are so likable.
Furthermore, we have a PANDA. If anything, this alone reinforces the fact that Jujutsu Kaisen is a refreshing take!
...and the comedy is passable as well. I like how they put the subjective comedy at the end of the episode, you can just choose if you are in the mood or not (Sometimes it's good: Whenever there's the Panda)
I’d say, I was genuinely surprised to see a battle shounen being executed so nicely. The studio made full use of everything they had, they were able to bring out the strengths of the story as well as makeup for its weaknesses. I am so looking forward to their adaption of Chainsaw man.
As it stands, Jujutsu Kaisen is still in its earliest stages so the story is still in the process of establishing a solid foundation for the plot to move on.
There were events that could've been executed with more diligence, so I am not saying it's perfect, and the fandom may exaggerate on its strong points... but, Jujutsu Kaisen is still a brilliantly executed Shounen, and one that deserves the attention it is getting.
Also, I applaud the author for introducing a character like Todou... You have my respect.

Freedom. Manhood. And Dreams. If either one of those ideas sound you, One Piece is for you...
I started One Piece 33 days ago, and just now I read the latest chapter. And to be honest, I don't even remember the last time I was this entertained.
One Piece is a romantic tale of pirates, or at least, that's what it appeared to be at first. But as the story continues and you began to understand the world of One Piece, you see just how much of an effort has been put into creating something this diverse.
The story touches upon various sensitive themes like racism, slavery, annihilation,

without romanticizing them... and the way it all continues to connect is something I find quite fascinating. Although, I could easily see how some people may find the story of One Piece a bit too coincidental...

What made me fall in love with One Piece?
I thoroughly enjoyed One Piece, but it wasn't until Oden's Flashback and Roger's last journey that this manga topped everything else I had read/watched up till that point. Those chapters were phenomenal, I shed tears out of nothing as I saw all those foreshadowing's aligning perfectly into this one final journey to a seemingly unchartered land. This moment of temporary euphoria made me fall in love with One Piece... ^^
Though, as much as I liked One Piece, I do have a few concerns about the characters. Even though the series has been ongoing for more than 2 decades, the characters keep using the same kind of pick-up lines they used when they first joined the crew. It often feels like the jokes have become a little stale.
You feel an emotional connection when you are seeing their backstories and although they do have their moments and character developments.
What's missing is the subtle character growth when it comes to jokes!
I want the series to use more sarcasm and less repetitive comedy.
Anyways, these are just a few of my fresh thoughts now that I have caught up with One Piece. It's 4 am right now.
I am just gonna call it a day and watch some YouTube

As someone who adores the "cute girls doing cute things," I genuinely loved this anime. It's cute, it's sweet, it's simple, and it's beautiful.
It gives you that feeling of temporary peace, something that takes the noise out of your mind and makes you relax... and you "Smile" (It's when people cease to suffer for a moment)
Honestly, this anime does nothing revolutionary, it's just that one of it's most appealing qualities is how simple it is.

The simplicity makes the characters even more wholesome. And the light comedy further increases it's wholesomeness.
I genuinely like how this anime doesn't try to force comedy down your throat by making the characters over exaggerate on everything...
Sometimes, the voice of the characters, as well as their appearance, becomes so cute, that you can't help but admire how adorable they are.
Well the second season is only a couple of days away... let's see what we have next!

So this ONESHOT is what became the foundation of the legendary volleyball series
Well if you were to tell me that this "ONE-SHOT" will one day be one of the highest-rated manga, I would've probably kept my distance.
It's not that, it is bad or anything, it's just that unlike the actual "Haikyuu" where there is a lot of emphasis on dialogue, character personalities, and the depth of the matches.
This one feels empty, and maybe even fake.
I read the one-shot of Attack on Titan, and it also felt the same.
There's a lot of "story" smothered into a single chapter, and that's what makes it seem

weak. I don't think I dislike it though...
it's just that, this one-shot pales in comparison to the actual "Haikyuu"

I am so not growing out of this series! (Note: this review will be kinda cringe)
Haikyuu is great, it's wonderful, it's spectacular, amazing, wholesome, splendid, fantastic, remarkable, extraordinary, larger than life...It is everything that I expect a great anime to be
Furudate Sensei sure gave us all an incredible story to fawn over didn't he?
What starts off as a young boy getting inspired by a player that he watched on Tv, ends up becoming a story that just keeps getting better and better.
From the very first episode, till now, it continues to evolve, some moments are better than the others but that feeling of temporary

Euphoria that you get from seeing these players having the time of their lives is something that never changes.
Even when, new characters are introduced, the story never loses its flare.
Because the author never ceases to explore the characters, their pasts, their motivations, way of life.
Some characters are stronger than others, and some are a completely different breed altogether.
Haikyuu has just the right amount of flashbacks and slice of life elements that the relevant characters never seem irrelevant. And even when they lose, things don't end. It's incredible how the author doesn't just toss the characters away after they've lost.
You see, Haikyuu may have been about winning, but I can see it now, winning is only a byproduct.
Haikyuu is about everything from the friendships of the characters, the unexpected rivalries, the psychological hurdles, despair, and hope.
I know the 4th season lacked the intensity of the animation that the previous seasons had. It's unfortunate, but that never stopped me from appreciating this season, just as much as I appreciate the previous seasons.
I am so looking forward to seeing the Karasuno vs Nekoma match, and since this is going to be Peak Haikyuu, I trust in the Studio Production I.G. to do the next season justice! :D
Alright, it's time to reread the manga!
