Blu-ray Box of Kara no Kyoukai Plus Epilogue OVA Announced

According to the official website, a blu-ray box set of Kara no Kyoukai (the seven chapters + Remix) was announced to be released on February 2nd 2011. 30min long OVA of Kara no Kyoukai: Epilogue will be bundled with the box set.

Blu-ray Box: 52,500 yen
Epilogue OVA only DVD: 4,410 yen

Naah Personally I wouldn't pay 400$ for it. I have a much better use for this kind f money.
Besides if someone wants it that badly, why not buy it with a couple of friends?
if it were 100$ I would consider it.

Well, for anyone who wants to get it and still hasn't yet, RightStuf has it for $400 w/ free shipping. They also give you a translation for the book. Sucks that it costs so much, but it's not unexpected considering how much more games and blurays cost in Japan in general than they do here.

The bad thing is that this Box is too expensive and it doesn't anything that really makes up for the price. I mean, 8 blu-rays and a book? What the hell, for this price it should come with at least two PVC figures of Shiki and her knife ;X

The price is a little high, but this series is so damn good. Isn't the remix just a summary of the first 6 episodes? If so it doesn't sound very useful if you have the box set.

I have seriously been having a battle with myself over whether to buy this. I mean if I do, a part of me will be rejoicing. However, my wallet will be crying out softly... but still, for this I may be able to drop 500 bucks.

Fantastic news: Blu-ray, all the movies + ova + assorted goodies, English subtitles! The price isn't all too bad considering this is for the domestic Japanese market, but it's still a lot of money, even at the discounted price. Decisions, decisions...
