 TV anime "Teekyuu", adapted from the manga of the same name, will have a third season which will air this October, according to the Twitter of Roots, the author of the manga. Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| So happy about this! So glad I've supported the magazine, manga and disc sales so far. Seems like season 2 disc sales don't matter at all unless they are purely going by presales numbers, which look lower than season 1. A manga/magazine bump is probably all they want and need for more seasons. The latest issue of Earth Star Comics had FOUR(4) chapters of Teekyuu so they are up to 48. So far they have done one chapter per episode so we have a 4th season worth of material available. I look forward to the season 4 green light announcement LOL |

| The speed of each episode makes it fun to watch, not only since it's really short but it's a good cool-down like after a long day and relaxing is something you want to do. |

It is neither a half season (it is a 12-episode short), nor does it have much about tennis though they are supposedly the members of the Tennis Club. And they did play some ping pong and Pong recently and once in a while they actually do make it to a tennis court, sometimes even using tennis rackets and balls... but sometimes toilet plungers. It really is very funny but will not show you much animated tennis.I'm not really a fan of "No-male-character-lead", but since the 1st and the 2nd season were both half-seasons, I might check it out. That's only because I'm training tennis for over 10 years now, visit various tournaments, etc. and would like to see how they animated the game. ;) |

| What I read is that it is a character for season 2 though. Where do you see it is to debut only in season 3? Anyway, she will be voiced by Ogura Yui, and since Ishihara Kaori already appears as a new character in season 2, we now have the pair in the same anime again. |
