Wow. Inu Boku went from 15k to 7k. 8k difference. still, there's only one volume left and that's probably be close to 7k as well. Not a bad end.And 7k is good sales. Not to mention, the manga sales went up a lot.

I read an article on ANN how Square Enix benefited a lot from Inu Boku for manga sales. I'm glad. Still, I hope there's one more season! It might give a final boost for the manga!

KuroBad did better than I thought it would. 15k! not to mention it was out of stock on amazon on the day of release. So I presume it'll once again have a strong second and third week.

UtaPri still doing well, very good. Nyaruko-san dropped a bit huh? Persona and Nise going strong as well.

EDIT: So....just went to amazon and saw this for KuroBas' volume 2:

"Usually ships within 1 to 2 months."

Say what? :O WHY? You mean we won't see how well it does for another 2 months? T^T

It's rare that it takes the full time. It could be back by next week. Though there are times it has taken as long as it says, such as when Mouretsu was understocked.

Also, huge huge huge boost for Persona 4 with that last volume, unsurprisingly.

Looks like Inu x Boku SS and nyaruko cant get stable sales. Here's hoping for a 2nd second season of Inu x Boku SS as it should get into the "mind-screw" bits.

Did I see an increase of Kuroko sales vol 2? From what I remember vol 1 sales week 1 is around 13-14k . Good

I was shocked too.

I expected this honestly. I think all it means is that Vol. 2 wasn't as supply constrained as Vol. 1. Vol. 1 started at 12k and increased to 20k, and only selling 60% in your first week is a clear sign that supply did not meet demand on release date.

Vol. 2 must have managed to print a few thousand more copies and meet demand better, though clearly still not enough. I'm guessing Vol. 2 will end up close to Vol. 1 in sales, but slightly less. Of course it's possible Vol. 1 is still somewhat supply constrained and both could go higher.

I expect very high rankings by next week for Kuroko's duet CDs!

It's perfectly normal, First volume is always the highest seller, it's normal for the sales to decrease in the following volumes, take Ao no exorcist for example, first Volume sold around 22k, but it averaged 13k, InuBoku is also another example, went from 14k to 6k, it happens with nearly every anime ;p

Persona 4 The Animation sold well (it has the unaired true ending episode), I also like to see Nyaruko selling better than Guilty Crown.
How many One Piece dvd collections are they doing?
Totoro will never leave the DVD top 18.

They're selling about the same overall. Nyaruko-san should be 7.8-8k average after next week at its halfway point. GC was averaging about 8.8k at its halfway point and will probably end up averaging about 7.5k, about the same as or slightly higher than what I expect for Nyaruko-san.


As many as it takes to catch up I guess. So far they've solicited through "Brook" and "Ohz" which cover up to episode 381. With 562 about to air soon, they've still got a ways to go.
