| It was overall, a very... ummm... unique experience. I can see this will be a show about the first forays into sex from a inexperienced couple point of view. The episode itself was done rather well. The saliva kind of turns me off this show a little though... |

| Haha, I find it funny that I actually cringed during the scene where Akira first tasted the drool. I thought I'd be too numb to react to something like that. I guess it was the way it was executed that made it so effective. Anyway, I liked the animation. I'm curious to see where the story goes from here. |

| Holy fuck this is one weird ass anime. But it's surprisingly well done despite the crap studio and newbie actress. That actress, has a lot of potential to become an amazing legend. Sort of like Rie. Except this one doesn't specialize in tsunderes. Seems her voice is perfect for queer characters. |

| I'm so glad i didn't read the manga yet. Just 1 more anime to go of a manga that i have planned to read that i was so itching to have a look before i heard that they were going to release an anime version to go. So far Sankarea, Medaka Box and this release have meat my expectations. Just Code:Breaker to go. I can't wait. |

| Umm.. There are people talking about sex. Have to say, you shouldn't expect sex around here. It's nowhere close to that. Actually we're having a tough time so far in the manga just to see them kiss each other. It doesn't seem like the first kiss will come anytime soon though. This is solely about drool. I cannot relate it to sex at all. |

| Dafuq did I just watch? o_O Urabe is such an... interesting character. What a weirdo indeed. Not tha Akira is any more normal. Tasting saliva... ewww, what a fetish. You can so easily get sick that way, which of course happened. In the end it seems to be a withdrawal symptom of lovesickness? Which means he'll have to keep tasting it? Wat?! D: She really has some sort of excess saliva problem. She throws up spit and then they go talking about sex. This show has some weird shit going on. xD Very old school art this series has too. Reminded me of some of the older '90's anime. I don't quite know what to think of this yet, but it's interesting nonetheless. =P |

| That old school art style combined with modern animation techniques... all right, I'm totally digging it. I like how it's not overly generic, has believable characters, and actually something IS happening. There's no betsu ni bullshit, no love triangles, no any of those annoying traits so popularized in anime these days. And even though that whole saliva withdrawal symptoms is no less strange than the premise of Upotte! - I have to say that I enjoyed this episode thoroughly and cannot wait for the next one. 5/5 - and for Haruhi's sake, may this series get better not worse over time... This season really is exceptionally good, huh? |

| It seems that my stomach can handle the show so far, I'll continue to watch it. First episode was good, I liked the references in the background, and the visuals remind me of older anime, but in a good way, I don't dislike the character design. Last season we had Misaki Mei, now we have Urabe Mikoto, I'm okay with this. It's also nice to have the couple by end of the first episode, refreshing. 4/5. Edit: Enjoyed the ED, the year is really strong ending song-wise so far. If only the OPs were half as good... |
| I checked out of the manga just as quick as a checked in a few years ago as I was grossed out straight away (I'm actually really squeamish when it comes to body seepage that isn't blood for some reason - no matter what the setting - drool, runny nose), though I went into this and braced myself and I'm greatful it's not so bad now - hopefully I won't need to watch with a bucket. Anyway... The story is interesting and I like the characters. The forwardness of a emediate relationship is something we don't see too often. I like how the leading males dream simply focused on spending time with the girl and I like the female dipping in and out of the common stoic girl and showing us that she's also a rare sensible girl (though thisn is only ep' one), I'm also interested in what she's hiding and I like the voice - it's lovely. |

| The fuck i just watched? Old school artstyle is pretty refreshing, so is the different from all heroine. But this saliva stuff isn't too fun to watch, also it's animated in pretty disgusting way - i'd rather watch hentai with buckets of cum because this looks so much more disgusting. Also when Mikoto said Akira is the 1st person to have sex with her, i couldn't stop laughing imagining the moment they both drown in her saliva while having sex. Please animate it. |

| Ther is this strange vibe to this anime but its not bad, on the contrary its good, very good. Absorbing, amusing just plesant to watch (or am I mad ? heh ?). Of corse there are WTF moments but if you can deal with them you are good to go. Anyway that puke of happines was epic. Made me hungry. Gonna go eat something now. |

| I really think they got the PERFECT voice actor for Urabe. I was hoping they wouldn't make her too much like Yuki Nagato and they didn't! She is her own unique character and the producers did a great job adapting her from the manga. I do wish they had recreated the dream sequence the way it was depicted in the manga, though. Other than that...9/10. |

| Okay, that was madness. I think I've just met my favourite character for the season. And what a great new seiyuu. I know it's only a single episode but I'm impressed with her performance. I have no clue where this is going but it looks like it'll be a ride. |
