| Nothing really original, but pretty enjoyable. ... Oh, wait, Bossun's popmanization was very good. Himeko was just a victim of rumors and of a false friendship. Later she found a truer friendship. I admit I was a bit shocked to see the former Usui again. |

| Himeko's story isn't as awesome as Switch's. It would've been cooler if she really got violent and started to bully and hit people. That would've spiced things a bit. But this arc is far better in the manga because they rushed it A LOT in the anime. Switch out is 3 chapters and was well adapted in 1,5 eps. But the Ogress arc has 6 chapters. 7 if we include choosing kunpuumaru. They ruined the mood completely. Overall, the anime adapts the manga pretty well, but sometimes they cut things, like Himeko and Bossun's moment after bibage battle or rush thigs like they did now. And Himeko has no tsun. She is always telling bossun how funny and smart he is and when he gets depressed she always cheers him up. And the Sket Dan hates tsunderes. |

| Ogress/Himeko arc was animated really well, imo. I loved her, seeing Himeko going all out and then crying was really great. Shame they left out a few parts, like how she had a few friends and got along well in her old town/suburb she was in before moving to Tokyo. Usui cameo before he came 'Switch' was pretty nice. But lmao, Bossun's crying and nervous faces are the best. ROFL xD 5/5, can't wait to see Bossun's back-story. |

| I believe A-chan was shown earlier in the episode as a girl in the class who looked over at Hime when people were talking about the Omihime rumours. It was difficult to tell since as a high-schooler she's matured into a nondescript face. I think this episode helps explain why Hime was so effective in dealing with Momoka and the yankee girls at the beginning of the series. Both this arc and the Switch backstory caused the old eyes to get a bit moist (maybe more than a bit....) |

| Hime is one of my very few favorite female characters, I liked this arc, but all the things people say about the manga make me want to got read it. |

| Himiko's flashback was greeeat! Her long hair style was really cool. The ending thing, looked like Gintama, (I mean when an arc ends it show the some scenes at the ending). Hime-chaaan~ are badass when turning into "Onihime-Mode"! |

| Felt like something is lacking if you compared it with the manga, but nevertheless it was still a tear-dropping episode, not as good as the switch ones tho, but still, its great. One thing i like about sket dance is how it can turn into such an emotional story from a comedy based type of background, I really liked it. Can't wait for bossun's turn, IMO its gonna be even better than switch's arc! |

| I think we can agree that Switch flashback was much better and we still haven't seen the part where he actually gets "saved" by Bossun yet but still Hime flashback was pretty good and enjoyable and the chemistry between her and Bossun is hilarious |

| Long-hair Himeko is so cute. And I was very happy with the Bossun/Himeko in this episode. Yay for the Kazuyoshi cameo too! Arisa appearing at the end really was awfully awkward though. She didn't even say anything. Just came off weird. |

| Pretty good backstory episode. Even though switch's arc had a stronger impact on me. The fact that the sket dan members have dark pasts makes it alot more interesting. Cool how Bossun bumped into Switch like that. 5/5 glad to see that everyones happy now. |

I laughed (but liked!) how Himeko and Bossun met from the roots of a Popman hat. LOL, so cute. Great ending to this arc. 5/5. I would rate this 10/5 but... |
