Anyway, it's kinda sad that I think SHeryl will now be 'disposed of' or 'thrown aside' now that she's 'useless' to them.. But I must say this is an interesting episode, with the narration from the anonymous voices. Interesting to see things from their perspective. |

| I feel kind of sad for Sheryl now. That damn cyborg manager is poisoning the shit out of her. She manged to get out alive from the planet thing where she tried to kill her and i thought that she escaped that one since the manager was left on the planet and wouldn't have an excuse to appear again but it seems she found one. So who are those mysterious voices? their talk was kind of human i guess, gossiping and everything. Could it really be the Galaxy fleet? Did they developed their cybernetics and staff too much and formed a new existence that is now trying to fuck up with the frontier fleet that has a ban on such things? |

| I don't see how the end was supposed to be a battle-off between the two when you end it with both of singing together....anywho...another boring episode..ok Macross, you got 10 episodes to redeem yourself, if not...right now you're sitting at a 5 in my book...so you better interest me quick.... on a random side note, the very end reminded me of Mister Rogers Neighborhood....lmao |

| I am really stunned by the fact that a recap episode can be made into such a great heights. Like seriously, one can even dismiss this as a separate episode all in all, especially the method used in the second half of the episode! I really loved the strong love triangle in this one, to the extent it is seriously comical. Grace will fail to kill Sheryl once again. I just want to see that alien spy destroyed in the end. My suspicions were true in the end. It's sad to see that Mishima himself is unknown of being manipulated by the Vajras themselves, how pathetic. 5/5 for such a creative way to deal with a recap. (I find it extremely funny that MAL had so many Ranka fans while the other forum I was in had so many Sheryl fans. Come on, watch this for the backstory and action, instead of fighting over which girl being more superior! :P) |

| Rewatching this i can't help but thonk... They glorified Ranka's performance on the planet... but the planet was obliterated and everyone she performed for there died... Why would this be televised, and why would Ranka be okay with this? |

| Damn that spontaneous duet left a huge smile on my face, it hurts xD I wonder who all those voices belong to...some AI hivemind? Now that they dropped Sheryl, what'll happen to her? This "recap" was indeed very well done. It wasn't even a recap for the most part, honestly. P.S. I loved how Ranka framed Alto in a triangle with her fingers during "What 'bout my star", and then did the same togerther with Sheryl, but with their arms :3 |

| That was a hell of a recap episode. It really put into context how convoluted this huge conspiracy around Ranka, Sheryl, and Alto is. That, and how great Macross Frontier's soundtrack is. Still, the antagonists certainly have an absurd amount of control and influence. |
