| Haha, seems like a nice start to the show! (Somewhat-dodgy CGI aside, of course.) So it seems like Kotetsu's wife has died, hence why his daughter is with his mum. And I think he's lucky they're keeping him on at all, from the looks of it Barnaby has the exact same power and more appeal so it should have been easy to replace Kotetsu. Perhaps someone higher up wanted him to stay? Hm. +What's the deal with keeping the male superheroes' identities under wraps but the female heros have unmasked, easily recognisable faces? I am hoping there's a lot of bromance/slash potential in this show. :D |

| Some time ago I've seen a picture of a character which I liked immediately.. later I knew that he's "Tiger".. I doubted that I would like to see him in action, but I did and his personality is similar to mine :) LoL. |

| love the colourful animation :D really reminds me of Super Sentai series mix with Kamen Rider but more anime and stylized style :) Blue Rose looks soo lovely and cool!! poor Kotetsu :( it's always the old veterans that gets shunned upon :( don't worry your gonna make a comeback!! so i guess this guy is the Bunny huh? tag team hero!!!! im definitely gonna enjoy this series!! cant' wait for more episode!!!! |
| Ah I totally approve...I feel abit bad for Kotetsu though! When Kotetsu was saved in the beginning...I kinda felt a bromance moment right there. It was abit cute....? Nonetheless, moving onto the next episode. |
| I feel bad for Kotetsu (or Tiger). I was expecting Barnaby to be a lot nicer as well though. The CGI was animated quite nicely though :D I'm interested in seeing what's to come. |

| With all the hero cartoons every which way... this certainly is a "different" take on the whole thing. I didn't find it to have that great of comedy... but it was ok with the action. I guess Blue Rose isn't bulletproof. ...popular by design... |

| It's a little childish and silly but I got used to it. Kotetsu is a breath of fresh air. Finally a main character who isn't a damn teenager. I have a feeling I'm going to really like him. The CG is a bit of an eyesore but I'll get over it soon enough. I'm curious to see how Barnaby develops. Solid first episode. 7/10 Pretty entertaining so far. I'll definitely watch more of this right now! |
| Great first episode, I really enjoyed it. Also I'm calling it now, that producer lady is gonna end up being a main villain, or at least associated with one. |

| Underwhelming first episode. Not that fond of the artwork, character designs, over-usage of 3D (even though it doesn't look that badly) and product placements everywhere. Underwhelmed by my first impression of these superheroes. They needed like 6 guys in special suits with superpowers to catch 3 regular criminals? Lolwat, was that supposed to be a joke? I also found it very strange how Wild Tiger's mother told him through the phone how their daughter shouldn't know about him being a superhero while she stood in the same room where their daughter was in, unless she moved off-screen during that time. Overall, not much like to here, and will probably drop it if it doesn't drastically improve in the next couple of episodes. I'll admit, I've never been that much into the superhero genre, but One Punch Man was pretty awesome, so I was hoping I could get into this... |

| This show is showing much promise. Under the seemingly capitalistic satire are some very realistic themes explored.. In this world, unlike the Incredibles, the overwhelming power of the heroes is plyed with wealth, fame and career advancement.. Now if only a few NEXT showed up, no doubt, the Government would've killed some and locked up some using brute force for experimentation. But in a world where NEXT are popping up everywhere, this universe has decided to utilise the soft approach. Now NEXT can still find their place in society, ironically with the rise of NEXT criminals, NEXT heroes more than ever prove their worth to society by combating it. It is in the best interest for society if these criminals disappeared, but it is in the worst interest for NEXT heroes. In this world, heroes did not become society's eternal enemy or scapegoat and shamed and forcibly pushed into normalcy... Haha, this is the funniest and coolest part, they become owned by companies. Their successes are the companies successes and their failures and damages become covered by the companies. What used to pass for, evil powerful demons that needed to be exorcised by mobs of peasants and samurai are now given a full on media make over with celebrity worshipping PR stunts so that society becomes inclined to love them. I love it. We've already covered an X-Men universe under Marvel, we've covered the Incredibles take by Pixar. And now the Japanese have rounded everything, the typical 'middle way' nicely with Tiger & bunny. |

| The struggle of being a traditional hero in a commercial hell of a society. Lookin good and putting on a show is more interesting than catching criminals. Sometimes I think we really don't deserve nice things xD I love how well directed the chase was and Hirata Hiroaki aka Sanji's voice for Tiger is a W. Opening suits the mash of modern and flamboyant flair, won't skip this one. |
