 According to David Williams from Sentai Filmworks, his company will release the Clannad Movie. The release is planned for March and will include English and Japanese dubbing and English subtitles. THANKS. i might buy it only because i love after story more than the prequel imo. i just hope the dub is a step up from the first season but i kinda doubt it. | Why would they license the movie? I got bored halfway through and deleted it, which seems to be a common trend...dunno how 130+ hours of gameplay could be put into a movie anyways. But then again DEEN did 30 hours of gameplay in an hour and a half and everyone knows how well that turned out... Also, Blu-Rays for After Story when? It's been almost a year since the original Clannad was released on them..it's about time they do After Story and milk that cash cow some more. |

| I knew they'd get around to dubbing After Story. Though, I'm still bitter about the mediocre dub of the first season. I wish Funi dubbed it, it probably would've been better. |

| I'm one of the rare ones that preferred the film over the TV shows, so i'm glad it's finally been licensed. Dubs aren't my thing so i'll be passing on that. |

| Well I'm in the minority but I am so excited for the dub! But I like dubs. :) I'm so happy I actually get to own both series dubbed! Not sure about the movie though, I think I'll rent it just to see it, not sure I'll buy it. And for those of you who dislike the dub, now you'll get to own the subbed version! You won't even have to look at the dub version if you don't want to. |

| Guys, guys, After Story is already available in pure subs only from sentai (I know this because I actually own the After Story collection by sentai!). So... you can still buy the pure subs if the dubs really bother you that much. |

| People need to get past "Dubs suck!" If you're up for subs, good for you, you can read! But remember there are some anime that even the creator said "Dub is better" *coughs*COWBOY BEEBOP*coughs* If your going to be dick about how it's going to be dubbed "THEN DON'T' POST IN THIS THREAT!" Isn't the most simplest solution!? Am I the only one that says "Hey! Good for them!" Not "YOU GUYS ARE MORONS DON'T DO IT!" I don't see YOU running a company! If you start a company that subs anime/video games and dosen't dub them then good for you, you can say "Dubs suck!" but... until then KEEP YOUR GOD DAMN MOUTH SHUT! Rage, rage, rage! SO MUCH RAGE!
