According to the official website, the DVD of Ginmaku Hetalia Axis Powers Paint it, White was announced to be released on January 26th, 2011. The box office income of the movie is 200 million yen (50scr, $2.4 million).

Trolling? Far from it, kid. You see, a majority of MAL's users aren't from Japan, thus we can't buy Japanese DVD's. So for a News Moderator to report about the release date of a Japanese DVD that I can't buy is, well, quiet frankly, foolish in my opinion. Besides, it has already been licensed in America, so I don't care about the release date for it in Japan.

By the way, please don't accuse someone of being a troll unless you have a justifiable reason for doing so. That way, you won't come off looking like an insolent child.

It's the same with DVDs as well, once they're released in Japan, it will be illegally downloadable from the net, just like every unlicensed TV shows. So, what exactly is different?

Japanese people pay for watching shows on television (so they BUY it), while we don't. I still can't see the difference. Following your logic, it's meaningless to announce new airing shows also, since we can't buy them anyway. Wait, then this whole news section would be meaningless, since most of the news are from Japan, while we aren't.

Btw there are many people outside of Japan that buy japanese DVDs to support the anime and the studio behind it. That's what Amazon is for.
