+1 for new turn of events with Nikaido-sensei being a capturing god?(god damn she is HaWT) -1 for Keima for being totally useless in this arc(can't believe he still got a kiss out of it as well) -1 for Nora and the capturing girls for although they looked like they were a force to be reckoned with trying to capture that runaway spirit, they were still proven useless +1 for the new character introduction of the female megane look-alike of Keima who seems to be a plot antagonist...can't believe we have a running plot now = zero points for this arc.....just get on to the next on! Yup, cleanup chapter and the spirit will break free. Though I'm shocked that the teacher captured the spirit O.o . Didn't see that coming. Curious to the other reasons of the megane devil antagonist. Surely that's not all her reason why she did all this. The plot is shaping up now, though this arc is really weak, even with the obligatory kiss at the end. Next arc please. And I still prefer the name "The World God Only Knows." -.-  |

I was taken completely off gaurd by the revelation of the sensei. usually i find it pretty easy to pick out the hidden super character but this one was revealed in the perfect way. I was expecting another little girl not an adult and the teacher no less. |

i knew the teacher would be more significant character than just a teacher scolding Keima for playing games ... but i didn't suspect her to be some kind of Shinigami ;p xd |

Teacher. I didn't see that coming. I mean, it really doesn't make much sense for me. We know she was in this world for a long time, as that Nagase-sensei arc suggests. It would be interesting how it will justify this out-of-nowhere plot twist. It was pretty underwhelming chapter throughout. But still, it introduced a lot of new things. We had this gigantic figure of demon who restored almost full of its original appearance. We had glassed demon who... um I don't like. Story is getting more and more regular shonen like. I hope it returns to focus on Kami-sama awesomeness rather than some random fantasy cliches. What I assume is... That glassed girl will also fall for Keima. I'm sure. :) |
