| This chapter showed how Deku has inspired a lot of people throughout the series when you really look back on things. Still, it seems like not everyone believes he can save the day. That'll make his eventual, inevitable victory that much better for him as he silences the doubt and takes a step closer to becoming the greatest hero. |

Things are wrapping up. Checking in on the other characters, almost out of hope, Deku steps into Shigaraki's mind and enters his childhood home ... this is gonne be good.  |

| It’s so hard to read this chapter. The perspectives of long-time characters like Eri and Kota remind me how Deku sacrificed so much to protect the children’s future. (There's a foreshadowing as to the romantic partnership of these children when they grow up. 😆) Denki Kaminari’s comment to Yaomomo says it all, “I don't feel assured / fine even if Deku is the strongest right now." Uravity, Tsuyu, Hawks, and Tokoyami, and that reporter who grilled Endeavor showed up in this chapter. The audience gape at the television screen as Deku grinds on. Yaomomo mentioned that Deku has returned to being a vigilante again even though his intentions are heroic. 😣 Izuku reached the subconscious of Tomura and lo and behold, the one that appeared is Tenko's childhood home! 😢 The "Wrench it Open" title is referenced by Lady Nagant. Izuku wrenched opened her heart. It's his turn now to wrench open Tenko's heart. Monoma, that guy who bashed Deku during his vigilante days, Rock Lock, and that helicopter reporter made cameos. 😁 |
