i dont actually know if the movies even supposed to be funny, but i lowkey found it hilarious for no reason. swear i laughed like every few mins, idek what i was laughing at, it was just funny for some reason 😭 pffft, only one scene made you laugh xD
oh thats fair, i sometimes feel like i did too but i have spirited away higher bcz idk, i once had totoro at a 9 but then i was like, hey, thats bit too high for totoro bcz idk (nah bcz like, nvm idk still edit: nvm fr, i changed em both to an 8 😭) and then i changed it to an 8 (my score system is great; don't hate on it, it's also very real, so believe it, thank you) 😭😭😭😭 alright, 4 works for me, look at this point to me, 6 is your highest score, so 4 is great 😭 but yea, hopefully you like it better than bsd and the other one xD

I feel you on that, I could've watched 13 more episodes of it but at the same time it's refreshing to have something tell a full short and sweet story with a nice, conclusive ending. But yeah there's just a lot to love, the voice cast was great too and seeing how their friendship grew over their journey was so well done. I also remember how the emails scene from episode 12 was such a gut punch.


Oh man I am not ready to see that flashback animated, I was already depressed enough every week reading it and knowing how the anime always nails the emotional scenes, I know it's going to hit super hard. And yeah, probably a top 5 arc for me as well, maybe even top 3 below Marineford and Enies Lobby if the ending is handled well (which I'm sure it will be). Honestly G5 was just made to be animated, it's cool enough in the manga but seeing the animators go wild with in in the anime makes it so much more fun to experience.
I hope they keep the Kid fight as a one-tap honestly, but if they extended it a little bit I wouldn't mind as long as it's not dragged out, just as long as the impact of the whole "the Kid Pirates have been exterminated" scene is kept. What fights are you looking forward to seeing animated the most?
