| yay for Black Jack's miracle hands. He managed to save everybody this time, you need a episode or two like this to break up all of the tragic moments. But why did he not take the license? |

| I've never thought about Black Jack's unlicensed status in terms of cost before. As in, I get that standard rates don't apply to him, meaning that he can charge ridiculous amounts whenever he feels like it. At the same time, he can charge very little, if not outright do free work. It's all based on his own judgement, and he wouldn't need to adhere to any strict set of rules. |

I was just about to comment on this. What is the point of her character? Comic relief? Fanservice, even? She's neither funny nor cute. I've loved this show up until now, and Pinoko is almost starting to ruin it. |
| The questions around Black Jack's status were interesting, and the council's decision was unexpected. 3/5 @hack5 @aikaflip Her body isn't "her" actually, she was never more than a few organs and tissues with reduced members when Black Jack saved her and gave her this body (a kind of empty puppet). Once he removed her from her fully grown twin sister, he decided to keep her (she kind of forced him): I think she acts "spoiled" because she never got to live her own life until her sister's operation. |

I think they were trying to appeal to the off the wall humor trend of the time but it just doesn't work and it's a sharp departure from the way I remember her acting in other episodes. |

| Pinoco is the only thing about this anime that i don't like, she is annoying, she is obsessed with the Dr and not funny at all |
| Another brilliant ep but the final third felt a bit rushed. |
