Actually, it should be from Prince of Tennis. And the name isn't "Valentine day kiss", it's just "Valentine kiss" or ????????????, preformed by Suwabe Junichi (Atobe Keigo).

I really liked this episode, definetly my favourite so far. Lucky star now feels so different from episode 1 and 2, its now one of the anime i look forward to the most each week. So far, the way its going, its getting better and better every episode.

I sure hope they keep it up ^w^

I liked the episode, but in this particular one, it was just so painfully obvious how much they really copy from Azumanga Daioh. It kinda gets to me.

Freakin hilarious. I think I used to do the same thing as a kid. :D

EDIT: For people not in the know, Timotei is basically a shampoo and they had cheesy ads in the 80s and 90s. I just loved saying the name. "TIMOTEI!!!"

I don't think I have ever laughed that much watching anime. Konata is funny as hell.

I just noticed Kona-chans moe, and i find it very cool, also her hairdo was cool but should have been mor highlighted. Really liked the background art, and how konata interrupts the mood of summer by crying out loud summer. The scene with the sticky butt was kinda hentai but i liked it. I love how Kona prepares her prank on (pink girl) and misses it. I never thought lucky channel was really funny but im beginning to like the akira and shy guy everytime more. And also the ending theme was good. Yep Lucky Star is really establishing itself well... wonder if there is gonna be any romance in the series though...

The scene in the bathroom was funny, although I don't really like scenes where characters are naked, because it really restricts the shots that are available, and you end up with a lot of boring shots of people from the shoulders up. If Konata really wanted to look at Miyuki, she could have just asked her to turn around. Its funny that she was just acting out her little H-game fantasies. Also, when the twins were talking about 'that' and then Konata pops up and says "that was a candid conversation"

I also loved the Lucky Channel in this episode, where the shy guy says all the stuff he did for Akira, going to the mountains and the beach. I especially liked 'the gum was hard. I got all 54 pieces into my mouth'.

With the Initial D parody, the also subverted a Azumanga reference I was expecting, that Yui was going to drive crazy, and then she's an amazing driver.

Also, a slight 4th wall break when the girl listens to the shell, saying, "I can't think of anything funny to say." The bug in the shell was priceless.

The Initial D parody was epic.

YEAH and did the girl(whats her name again?) from lucky channel pointed her middle finger?

Timotei??? WTF???

I didn't get that.

i loved this episode but i can't find the song they used during the Initial D part.

Good episode. I liked the menstruation conversation, and Konata liking how blunt it was. It's weird that they're supposed to be 17 and yet have such boyish figures, although, the art style isn't supposed to be realistic. It's moe all the way.

Lucky Channel is different now, Akira is wearing short sleeves, so that they don't go over her hands and flop around like before.
