I have an external hard drive of 1 TB but since it's full of anime, I started saving on hard disk....I already have 400 GB of anime on it and I still didn't get all I want. I think I should start being more critical and erase at least something :)

I don't have much space and I don't rewatch stuff, so I delete as soon as I watch it.

I have a 2 TB external hard drive for anime where I store finished series. Currently airing ones I still have on my main drive though

Of course I only end up saving what I find worthwhile saving, but it's still about half full by now

I do exactly what you do, actually. I don't delete stuff, either. Even if it's a horrible anime.

I am doing this, for I have saved anime over 38 Series (including Movies/OVAs). And I don't delete stuff, if my hard disk are nearly full, possibilities of deleting bad anime are inevitable.

Yeah, of course I download anime on my hard disk and if I like the series after watching I save it on one of my external HDDs. Currently 6 HDDs with 7TB capacity, only around 400GB of free space left :/

Only save hard to come by stuff like raws or specific version of something (LD version of LoGH for example). Otherwise, download, watch, delete, especially if it's on bakabt.

I download all the anime I watch. Even if I stream it, I download it later. At this point, it kinda became like a collection of sort for me.

I have 3.22TB of anime in a NAS system that my boyfriend put together. That's not all I watch and it's not all that I have, I have more in different folders.

I only save the anime that I know I will surely re-watch when I'm extremely bored. I delete anime right after i watch the whole series.

As of lately, I only download bluray batches of series and I never delete any anime I have downloaded ever. I currently have 15TB of HDD space and half is already full filled with anime, manga. etc. Same thing applies with other files. I delete only if i have duplicates of them.

>_>

Anyway, I download all the anime that caught my eyes on (even those I will hate later) to just fully analyze the content. If it's good then, it's saved, if not, deleted for eternity.

I have guilt sometimes, deleting anime that was good like first season of Yahari etc. Now it's hard to locate them.

I am currently in the process of purchasing 10x 4TB HDDs and and 2x 5 bay JBOD enclosures in which to move all of my data over to, giving me 40TB in storage space. Currently I only have 14TB downloaded due to hard drive space. I do this because I fully believe that one day in the near future, the Internet will become heavily policed and downloading/streaming anime illegally will become impossible, or at least too risky/difficult to do as much as we currently do. This will mean that the majority of anime will be lost to people who don't own it. I'm storing it all up in the event of that happening because my obsessional personality won't let me rest.

Only 1 TB? But that's barely enough space to hold 14 copies of Tenshi's Dantalian no Shoka.

I at least try to save everything I DL on hard drives, though I've had a much better reliability record with burned DVD-Rs. I do try to avoid redundant files that use the same translations as retail DVDs and Blu-Rays I buy, but I do keep as many old TV-rip fansubs as I can for historical archive purposes, even if/when I buy the DVDs.

Yeah that shit sucks. I wish I kept my Higurashi subs. Not even sure what group I had used.

They can't do anything about IRC. I support this mentality anyway. If I could afford it I would do the same thing so I could later provide the anime/games/whatever to people who want it.

I download Anime and keep those I like until I've brought the DVD/Blu-ray releases. The rest goes in the trash, unless it's really rare and can't be found on the net any longer (Parappa the Rapper, Ape Escape, SD Gundam).

My external HDD is only 2TB, so I can't store that much. Most of it is filled with Steam and GOG games.

I have 1TB worth of Plex space which comes with my seed-box that I have online which is nearly full so that way I can stream at high quality but I also use plex on my Xbox so I stream from their and the quality is amazing...

But I also have an external 1Tb hard drive just in case I usually use that for TV series and films that I enjoy, but it's also what I give other people friends and family if they ask me something...

I doubt I'd ever need anything else as if I finish a series and didn't particularly enjoy it I'll take it off as I won't ever watch it again so no point it hogging up space!
