This is more like a classic with the game gimmick of this episode. That pigtailed girl is actually pretty decent imo with her skills. Still, I thought the episode focused well on the more background elements with the rest of the hosts. Glad to see almost everyone being part of the spotlight this week. And not to mention, we get more of the mechanics as well with Quin being the focus. Interesting stuff :> |

| Lightsaber pool? Always nice. I like to see some real story. It feels like something bigger is going to happen. I hope they keep this way. Watching strangers play games isn't that interesting for me after all.. Also, alcohol. Much of it. I do like that :P |

| Why can't Ginti judge her? It's not like she has ever done anything wrong, like, I don't see the problem here, I'm also guessing he already judge the other guy and one would think he'd be the one that is hard to judge, not her. |

| Quite a low of interesting new information given out this week. It was nice to learn more about the Arbiters this week, though it's even more interesting that it is chosen which pair goes to which Arbiter. I wonder how that's decided. And Ginti's hilarious whenever he's involved, though I seriously cannot understand why he can't judge her. Also, was it just me or did Nona reveal that she has implanted Decim with human emotions? Considering how Arbiters aren't meant to have emotions makes me wonder what impact that's gonna have later on. I still don't get the significance of Chavvot here; hopefully that's explained soon. And I can't help but get the feeling that the guy playing galactic snooker has a lot more power and authority than he seems to let on. |
| Decim's respect for people who lived fulfilled lives is on a different level. Didn't really expect that his "hobby" to collect dummies was directly related to it. In a way, it's very reverent of him, rather than creepy. Nona's dialogue about the arbiters being dummies was quite interesting. If they really are, I wonder who is controlling them, if anyone at all. Oculus? Perhaps, her wish to see an arbiter with human emotions foreshadows that Kurokami will someday become a full time herself? Behind the scene, she may be implanting human emotions in Decim, but I believe he forgets about them after every judgement, just like any other arbiters. Good episode. Looks like Castra is in charge of choosing which pair will go to which arbiters. Pretty intriguing! Decim will probably be facing one of his toughest games since his time as an arbiter. |

| I enjoyed last week's episode a lot more, this one was quite boring apart from Decim's background. I really hope Nona turns into a character I can give a fuck later on, for now she's just... meh. |

| Amazing episode! So many questions and so much foreshadowing. This was insane O_O And lots of Nona was definitely a plus :3 I always thought the eyepatch character or Quin was a guy so it was quite surprise that she's a girl ^^; I wonder what the depth and floor level indicate??? So Arbiter's can be relieved of their duties? Interesting. Decim's much more of an interesting character than u'd first think. Shocking all of them saying he's respects in humans and his hobby taking back the remains of the bodies turning to dolls and using them like he does O_o I really wonder what "I'm sure he doesn't have any doubts about judging yet?" in Nona and Quin's conversation was about?? Ginti being jelly of Mayu because the cat was acting cozy with her XD I really wonder why they let her stay? What was so special about her? Decim's monotone "Delicious" was lol Nona saying there's Not much time left O_o? About what? WTH does Marked guests mean? Seems like nxt ep will be having guests on another level? Looking forward to it a lot >.< |

| Quin does looking pretty interesting while she converses with Nona. Decim having human emotions and the lingering representation of each guest that he had. It does seem interesting the the sense that, "Can people be attached to something they've forgotten" or "If the importance of something is forgotten, is it still important then?". Oculus seems interested on what Nona is doing. The girl from last time still at Ginti's place, a hidden tsundere that can't let such a wonderful girl leave lol. |

| what is nona planning? something against that pink-haired ojiisan? at the end there, it looked like she specifically picks out the toughest guests to judge and sends them to decim. like this girl is always testing him man i get that she wants to see an arbiter with human emotions but it seems impossible with decim... just keep onna around, maybe she'll influence him and what's up with ginti then LOL he's always angry, upset or just irritable. mayu and him make a good pair, i hope she stays and that her and decim double-team ginti to give him grief x2 |

| Decim actually respects humans, I thought he didn't give a shit about these people but it's the opposite. Cool. Can't wait to see what Nona is up to, I thought she was a bit 'evil' but after watching this episode idk. We'll see. Good ep anyway, 5/5 release the full ending theme already |

| "We judge the dead even though we never been dead." Another develop episode. So Decim wasn't the first one to own the bar. Quin looks really fun, well not anymore. Seems like Ginti took some page out of Decim book and kept Mayu around. Nona is up to some sneaky shit it seems.Wonder what her real goal is? Got mad respect for my boy Decim. Making them dolls to remember the guest. So so damn kind. Definitely a nice episode. 4/5 |

| Another great episode. I enjoyed the background story of Quin and Decim and also the fact that Nona wants to have Onna as a human arbiter. But why is the other girl still here? |

| Great character development in this episode First off, I really like Quin. Her personality is great and she seems like a joy to be around....I kinda feel her pain of wanting to go back to being an Arbiter because any type of "filing"-ish work is boring as fuck lol Onna remembering more of her past....I wonder if that woman (I'm guessing it's her mom) will play a big role in her sub plot. I also like how she bonded with Decim in this episode...I can tell that her opinion of Decim really changed Ginti is such an interesting person lol, this guy gives no fucks whatsoever and he's so damn competitive xDD I also LOVE the fact that the way he sees things and acts are changing because of Decim and of course Mayu - Which btw brings to note my only nitpick with this episode....They didn't exactly explain what happened to her and the idol guy.....I mean, I like the dynamic with her and Ginti but I kinda need to understand why she's still there first Decim....The one character that most haters seem to have a problem with. His sub plot was my favorite because I really like how he genuinely cares about everyone that passes through QuinDecim and the way that he honours their memory is just sweet :'') Nona's sub plot was the most interesting in the episode....She's trying to create what I guess to be the perfect arbiter, that is someone who also has and understands human emotions. Now it all makes sense as to why she let Onna work with him, she's trying to indirectly use her to teach him emotion....My only question though is why she's doing this? Overall this episode was very fucking good. I really liked the beginning scene with Oculus, and this episode makes it seem as if he's a bad person so I ca't wait to see what that's all about. I also liked how its pretty much confirmed that the dolls are everyone's bodies and that they insert souls into to make them come to life...Pretty neat fact =3 Next episode is going to be VERY INTERESTING.....And for the first time since the OVA, we're getting same sex (Males at that) players too.....Them being specifically set aside for specialist arbiters just makes me more and more excited and I can't wait to see why :DDDD |

| Oh, so Decim is arbiter with implanted humun soul, right? I bet Onna is someone he knew before. And she remembered finally, yet not wanting to die yet she keeps her mouth shut. I wonder if we will see some emotions in Decim in forseeable future. Maybe next episode may be the one. Nona is playing dangerous game, but I guess that's the only thing you could do when you are bored by eternity. I bet she was the one who got Onna and Decim together. There was enough of forshadowing but I bet they are both those children from the book. Quin also seems to be an interesting person, I wonder how her eye was taken. Mayu is still being judged by Ginti I guess - pretty same situation as Decim is with Onna. And by the way - nice hobby, Decim. Really good background info heavy episode. |

| What's both great and infuriating about Death Parade is how it focuses on a vertical slice of this huge afterlife/purgatory of sorts. The characters are interesting in their own right but the setting has such an alluring mystique to it yet they refuse to go in depth. They emphasize in this episode the 3 rules of the Arbiters including how they're not supposed to have emotions but how do you explain Ginti? Does the rule mean lack of empathy? Also I'm interested to see how the "emotions" Nona implanted in Decim affect his job stability by the end of the series. |

| Arbiters have no emotion? Yet I see the lot of them laughing, smiling, and acting annoyed. I still barely comprehend how Queen Decim functions, it's like they reveal bits of how it does but fail to expand upon it. Take for example the chick with the one eye who takes care of doing exactly what with memories? Putting them together and then what? And then at the end, these two are marked and need to get to a special arbiter. Marked? Special arbiter? Who is the chick sitting down? What's worse is they're going to the same routine again next episode, these marked guests better do something for the plot other than being just another sob story of the week. |
