| I kind of knew that Chiyo is a girl, but still funny when transform on a bad timing XD. So it focus on Inoue a lot in here about her conflict in the past, but eh, her character was okay, though she should forget about it and move on. Yeah not a lot of Rumuru in here, though the next episode will probably be a lot of her. |

| Good ep. I'm pretty shock Chiro was a girl since never really put that voice together as a girl at all. Well I hope I see more of the Chiro's human form now. I didn't think we would get some development at all but that was some nice scenes with Inoue. I still had to laugh at all three of displinary and even Rurumo herself at Kouta's speech about panties. | Eh.. probably the most boring episode so far. Everything just felt disjointed for some reason, the story boarding in this episode was just bad. There also aren't as many good jokes as usual. Joshi note was funny, the panties part was amusing, and yandere mom is, as always, hilarious no matter how short her appearance is but other than that there wasn't much going on. I think that's probably because there wasn't enough Rurumo although next episode should redeem that. Inoue is the typical easily flustered up-tight girl. Normally I like this type of girl (Kotegawa from TLR & Rino from Jinsei) but Inoue just seemed bland. Hopefully she improves. |

| Dammit, I thought that Chiro was actually a male kitty. Oh well, cat girls are all the fad these days so whatever. The theme of the week was fun. Disciplinary Committee vs the Perverted Shibaki over a bunch of ero collection. The seesawing was fun to watch, though I think it would have been better if they took more effort to animate how one party was trying to hide the stuff and the other was finding it easily. The part in the middle kinda slowed things down. We established that Inoue is also a family friend's daughter and that they've known each other for a long time. I don't know if it's due to the glasses or not, but Inoue doesn't seem pretty enough for the role of the strict, uptight girl. We just don't see much of her pretty face (plus, she never lets her hair down). That said I laughed my butt off when the Disciplinary Committee were flipping their own skirts up at Shibaki's panties comment, even though it was way out of character. Also I don't quite get how none of the Committee, bar the short blue-haired girl, seemed to notice nor care about Rurumo just suddenly appearing in front of them in the witch outfit as they were about to burn the stuff. Was she suppose to be invisible? Ahhh... in the end it all comes to naught as Yandere momma burns the books anyway. Next episode please! |

| "Shibaki Ero-Library" seems like a decent library xD What the hell?!?!?!?!? Black Cat transformation to woman and then the design is identical to Yoruichi from Bleach, wow! I guess this is a reference. "Joshi Note" design seems a Death Note reference too, even the letters are alike. It's funny how the cat refers to Shibaki as "Idiot" like it's his true name ahahah Good episode. |

| A couple of little plot points that cropped up with the short disciplinary girl apparently taking note of Rurumo and having some awareness that she might be involved in the disappearance, as well as what appears to Rurumo's suffering from some malady (medical textbook and the painkiller tea). It's not that a lot of what goes on in this show is new or groundbreaking, but they handle it well. |

| I was wondering when Chiro would transform, considering there is a cat eared girl in the opening xD I really liked her human form, shame its use is so limited! Shibaki might be going harem route pretty soon... All in all, an okay episode. |

| So i begin to watch all this season interesting series and started with this. I am not disappointed, it's funny. I had a good laugh. Chiro reminds me of Yoruichi, behaviour and the way she talk. So Inoue actually likes Kouta, huh?? It seems harem started to born considering the failure in previous episode. XD The scary mom really didn't understand the spirit of youth, huh?? XD |

| I believe that unless you know for sure that you don't like a concept, you should keep exploring it. Whether it be characteristics of people or a genre of some sort, you never know if you don't like it until you've seen quality work corresponding to that genre. Keep exploring until you've found something you enjoy, or something of quality. Then you know what's bad, what's good, and what isn't for you. ( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑ Everyday life. |
| How long will anime keep using the outdated cliche of porn mags? That concept was already out dated ten years ago considering the fact how widely available porn is on the internet. | 4/5 Episode very light and cute, which makes me forget for a while yet another misfortune happened to me today. The plot is simple and almost obvious, but the narrative is so relaxing and enjoyable by not giving any reason not to laugh. The drawings are well done and the character design is cute. The mother of Shibaki is epic! XD I am appreciating the work of JC Staff. |

| Inoue seemed to be the focus here. She may not wish to admit it, but she appears to be smitten with Shibaki. Poor guy gives up part of his life for the porn stash just to see his mom torch it anyway. Chiro's human form and the misfortune glasses were fun btw. |
