| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode was interesting and Yumi let Saki win with a Ron instead of Koromo, if Yumi didn't let her win Koromo will win off with her hands. Nodoka cheer her up and Saki now back in the 2nd half game, this show up in the previews episode. Yeah go for Mahjong, volume 5 is almost over. |

| Nice build up episode. Predictably, Saki got scared and a bit smacked down. Next episode should be interesting, as As for gameplay, they were not realistic from the begining with the odds, so did not expect them to start now (stuff like the under the sea (haitei) actions, which are a bit rare and unpredictable). Anyway, go Saki! Can't wait for the next one/two episodes. Edit: and I like the "It's like a flower garden (Saki) blooming under full moon (Koromo)" metaphor >< ~~ |

| I'm enjoying the game but the exaggerations take up too much time. Saki needs to calm down...being soo scared she wished she had used the bathroom before the match. Have to wait till next week for the rest of the action I guess...unless they drag it out even longer. |
| Everyone got owned in the face and heart... and the soul... You know what everybody's EVERYTHING got owned. Except in the next half of the round where Saki will totally get emotional/lesbian-girlfriend support from Nodoka and somehow counter-own everyone. So that's what I'm expecting, and whatever... |

Well, interesting episode. Regarding Koromo, the cutesy moe and innocent thing was fine. But it was a little too much cutesy and definitely not scary enough, esp. when it was supposed to be. Ugh. Also, THIS. This needed to be in the anime.  I'm really disappointed they turned Koromo into some caricature with glowing blue eye (or in Tsuruga's case, glowing blue face) instead of doing justice to Koromo being a real monster. The manga did much better than the anime here in terms of visuals. Yumi and Saki working together was pretty awesome and it was great to see Yumi show off her skills even while working through Koromo's control of the flow of the round. BTW, while Saki hasn't been winning, she's certainly not losing much points either. She starts at around 115k and ends at around 116k. That's nothing. The bigger problem is that Koromo is starting to feed on Kana and aiming to end the game that way. I need to see Hisa, Yumi, Saki, Mihoko, and Momoka on a single team. The sheer concentration of pure awesomeness would blow teams away. |

| N-NOOOOOO!!! Can't wait for the next episode with such exciting and interesting events happening! Poor Kana... Yeah I was manga spoiled somewhere but didn't mean to. Koromo just owns big time! Now I am very much anticipating the next episode. I was really holding my breath while watching this same as the last episode. I really loved this all in all. Damn... This is just too exciting that I can't believe I have to wait for another week to see the next. Well anyway, just saying that looks like Saki will bring light to Koromo's dark realm. Hopefully it would be a fun battle ending for all even with Koromo scaring their spirits away in the first round. I know that some things illustrated in this episode are exaggerated but I was thinking that they are the best representations of their battle. |
| i am kinda pitying kana T_T, koromo is just way too strong i dont get what they are playing in the first half at all~~ but this time i liked the play style of yumi a lot. she know a a lot about the situation and did the right thing at the right moment. awww and saki crying was cute :3 she will probably back in the next ep. |

| Loved it. In particular, the thoughts of the other players facing Koromo and their struggle. I'm kinda interested in how long they will stretch the second half because the manga hasn't even finished this match yet. |

| I'd like to see a Zankoku na Negai no Naka de version for Kiyosumi; I found the image of Ryuumonbochi to be really awesome. I've been waiting for one for them for a while so I'm happy to see it. Now I wanna see a Kiyosumi image =3 This episodes really makes me want to see Teru in action; if Saki manages to topple Koromo and Saki is deeply frightened of her sister...I'd love to see how good she is. Hisa and Yumi are freaking cool; now I just to see other match-ups like Hisa vs Yumi vs Koromo/Inoue vs Mihoko. >_> |

| Koromo sure is awesome to own them for good. This episode makes me so exited to watch that awesome match because of amazing sound that makes me jumped a bit. After I watched the preview, Saki looks more serious after Nodoka cheers her up. I really can’t wait to watch the next episode! |
