I've yet to see any images but looks like its in the process of being fixed which is nice, hopefully it won't be something that gets pushed for months again.

Ok, that's enough.
I could tolerate easily the lack of imgs on the forums, but now the problem is also seen on profiles. Mine and other users' "about me" sections are messed up, no img.

I'm leavig the site, bye.

The images seem to work via some Javascript magic, the Javascript file might not have propagated through all the CDN/cache servers yet.

I'm guessing they have a similar script, but which uses black/whitelists to determine which ones to show and which not.

I also have Firefox, but I neither see this magic happen on Windows 8 nor on Windows 7.

It's back just not everyone can see it. If you use a whitelisted url to post an image the code will disappear(unlike my signature). That means the picture works, but only certain people can see it at certain times.

I believe it's Crave just messing fixing the coding which is causing it to be random and such.
Lets hope the next time I see imgs, it's perm ^^
Curious why sigs aren't working, I would think they would do sigs first as that is where images tend to be

Possibly.

Sigs are just add ons, they're not important and some sites don't even allow them, what they're really focusing on is the posts because that's the main part. The whole reason they're making the whitelist is because of problems with the forum. Profiles and forum first, sigs are last.
