| It was announced that baseball manga "Ace of Diamond" (Diaya no A) will get be adapted into a TV anime series. It is scheduled to be released for the fall season this year. The manga is serialized in Shounen Magazine, and so far 35 volumes have been released. | So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| Aaah, I saw this coming. I dropped the manga a while ago because even though I like sports, it seemed I couldn't understand a damn thing about baseball... but that was before I descovered Ookiku Furikabutte. xD I might give it another chance now, it was good... And then check the anime too : D |

| Although my favorite sports series seem to be of the non-baseball / soccer variety (simply because I like some diversity), there are undoubtedly a lot of great anime circling around those two sports and this looks pretty great. |
