Annnd the end. Never thought I'd see Reborn on my completed list--I always thought that it'd be a mere pipe dream, though that might be a crazy exaggeration.

I don't know how I feel about this.

I'm glad it's finally over now before dragging on to infinity, but that was a rather stereotypical ending. Le poop.

Oh well. 9/10 I suppose.

I swear manga's that are published in WSJ have the most unsatisfied and rushed endings ever. At the least they should give like a bonus 40 page to let the author finish up more satisfyingly.
But overall I give this manga an 8/10. I liked the main concept of this whole series and where it goes with each arc but the execution just always fall short.

I give this manga either an 8.5 or a 9/10. Probably a 9/10. I really enjoyed it, a lot of people say it went down hill after the future arc. I don't think so. I really enjoyed the arcs after the future arc. The ending was alright too. It wasn't what I expected, but I'm still satisfied.

;C Ending was sooo bad. Nothing was resolved... Wish the ending could have been wrapped up better... but "oh well".
I really enjoyed the overall story of KHR and really liked the chapters, character, and concepts... pretty much everything, up until the end. I'm gonna miss it, but it was a good read nonetheless. :)

Chapter 1: Tsuna is a loser, has to confess, no girlfriend, and not a mafia boss.

Chapter 409: Tsuna is still a loser, hasn't confessed at all, still no girlfriend, and didn't become a mafia boss. On the bright side, he now has friends...

Such a disappointing ending... even I would probably had done better.. it feels so rushed lately.

The ending would had been better if it was like, for example, we see who Tsuna be with in the end (Kyoko or Haru) but he was friendzoned...

Or a better one, that a timeskip past, (say, 10 years). He accepts his destiny as the 10th Vongola. We see everyone older, as the Boss and the Guardians, looking at the clear view of their hometown, on top of somewhere.

Would had been done better in numerous ways..

The manga was so epic but the mangaka basically ruined the ending -______-
i'll give this a 7/10 because the former arcs where so cool but then the last one just had to fail. -_____- this sucks

10/10 to 9.5/10 for me, minus 0.5 because of ending. Since I still loved Varia arc and the whole Future arc, which made up over most of the story, I am going to keep the score at 10 >.< I hope people who gave 10, don't go dropping it to 7 or 8 Dx at least keep it at 9.

- Little/No character development even by "battle-shonen" standards
- Rushed ending with a few holes remaining.
- Open ended, thus, basically incomplete.

The ending decides if it gets a + or - score.
The ending sucked, so its a -1 for me.
6/10 - Generous rating

So is this the last chapter?

Says that the last one is in the 50th issue of jump on Nov 12th, is that wrong?

Yes, it's completed, MAL has it as finished, the author confirmed it at the last page, ain't nothing more to confirm.

I really hate endings like this... were the main character realizes that he had gathered all his friends and explaining it in the end.

Pretty much this. He is a completely stagnant character outside of ongoing arcs. A very poor degree of writing.

WHAT THE HELL THAT WAS THE ENDING!!!!!!???????

I don't dislike the last arc that much; it was just the meaning behind it. The revelation behind the Vindice was cool though

Checkerface is just not a good character. He talks like the curses were justified, and in the end, after so many many many years, he deals with a change. Also, why is flame so important?

Who was a good villain honestly? Xanxus? Byakuran? Spade?

...maybe I'm hitting it too hard. Maybe it is genius?

A pretty decent ending but doesn't do the series justice to be honest. D: Really wish Tsuna actually became the next boss of the Vongola family. Would also have liked to seen a little time skip. Still liked the ending though, went back to it's original roots. It's usual comedy and all. :)

As a whole, KHR was a pretty awesome shounen manga. The art style was indeed pretty weird at first but eventually I got used to it. Loved seeing Tsuna in his Dying Will state but when he reverts back to normal I kinda get annoyed seeing him all useless. xD All the other Vongola members and even the Varia were so awesome though. Yamamoto and Squalo ftw!

Started a gag, strayed to mainstream, ended a gag. I'm actually glad that it ended.

Don't forget this chapter.
The character development on Tsuna was huge, now he's someone completely diferent.
The end is no ending, it's just a cliché way of finishing something quickly and probably was the best way of finishing it since she (The author) probably was running out of time.

It was a "meh" ending, just don't overeact and change your ratings because of this. The ending is importante for the rating, but the ending it's not these last 2~4 chapters but the whole last rainbow curse arc.

Changed my rating because everything after the future arc was bullshit and kept adding plotholes after plotholes while degrading the few female characters existing in the series. It was shit and it deserves to be rated as such.

Worst ending to a manga I've ever read so far.
Tsuna didn't fucking change at all, he just reseted back like he always does at the end of arcs and then they even go and acknowledge that in the actual manga. But for some reason it's all fine and dandy that he didn't change anyways, because he has friends(which he's had for a long time now)! Haha, dear god this shit fucking sucked.

Reborn was an awesome character until the very end though so he's the redeeming factor of this pile of vomit, despite some irrational things Amano had him spout for this shit ending to come true.
Overall this crap gets a 3/10 from me, so glad it's dead and over with now.

What i'm saying is just to don't overeact about the ending because the ending it's a small part of a whole. Even the last chapter was a small part of an ending. Of course none of you have to be rational, we are all free to rate as we please, but if we want our point of view to have some value, then we can't rage about something that didn't went as we were expecting. Jesus, it's just something to entertain you, if you don't like it i don't know why you kept Reading until the end. Reminds me of the rage about the TOBITO revelation.

I'm not raging though. If anything I pity those who held on to any hope of the series recovering. As for why I kept up with it, it's that whole trainwreck magnetic pull. Would've been nice if I would've been proven wrong but in the end I was not.

Wow, so it's finally over...always sad to see one of my favorite manga end.

This final chapter could have ended a little better imho though, I would have preferred to see TYL Tsuna as well or something, with him as the boss.
The fact that nothing really changed in the end after all the trials he faced...except he has friends....I'm not happy with but I'm not surprised...I expected a rushed ending.

Still I'm going to keep my overall rating at 8/10. I won't let my hate of the last chapter overcloud what I think about manga in it's entirety~

Will have to find a new weekly manga to replace it now...

Last arc was terrible the Shimon arc was better than that. I just wish they would have actually shown him develop into Vongola 10th and accept his role for his friends. One thing that irritates me is that this whole time they've been pushing the TsunaxKyoko thing and putting Haru on the backburner but at the end they want to make Tsuna finally see her as a love interest wtf. There was so much potential for this manga coming out of the Future arc (not saying that that arc was entirely good) and then it just kept getting worse and just disappointed me but it was still enjoyable all the way through 7/10

Completly wrong. Endings can change everything. Don't believe me? Take a look at Usagi drops ending and try to tell me that didn't change the whole manga.
So let's look at this ending. Everything was builting up to the point where Tsuna finally accepts his destiny and improves himself. All that was needed to make this a decent end was to have him accept being the Tenth and confess to the girl he loves. However even this ending went out of it's way to point out that Tsuna has not changed at all and without reborn he is worthless. Not only that, it didn't tie up the romance either. Conclusion? This entire manga has been rendered completly pointless. The future arc? The Varia arc? Didn't matter if they happen at all. There was no result. You can't just push that away and say it's only an ending.

Good to see that not every KHR reader is a brainless fangirl who closes her eyes and accept everything without question. People care about rating but they can't/don't wanna see the plot holes.

The last arc was really good..but the way it ended was sloppy. :/ It was good that the truth about Kawahira is settled and all but his identity is still problematic(he definitely gives off the aura of a villain and him turning out to be harmless is unsettling). Also, Tsuna did not even accept the 10th gen boss title! i want to see him finally accept it but oh well. And I haven't confirmed yet if mammon is a girl or a boy! gah. but i believe he's a he. hahaha

What the hell? What kind of ending is that? What about the mystery behind Hibari's parents? What about the character development?

None of the female characters had any development and Tsuna is still Dame-Tsuna! I was hoping for a cool ending with him finally accepting his role and becoming a total badass to prove to everyone else what he's really capable of. And most importantly... TYL Tsuna's FACE! Why couldn't you at least give us that Amano?! Why...?

Sayonara Reborn. Even though you had the worst ending ever, you're still my favourite manga series. I'll miss you Hibari! *cries*

I’m just trying to be okay. Some days it’s harder than others. I hide away the most real parts of myself from everyone else. The emotions that I try to escape from. The constant pain I feel. The nightmares that keep me awake at night.

It hurts sometimes... knowing that the world is continuing happily all around me while I continue to drown in alcohol and slowly die inside myself.

That was such a terrible ending. Nothing happened. The last few chapters were especially weird since they were how the series started which wasn't very good. I felt like she tried too hard to include the characters she created when this was a gag manga in the battle manga aspect of te story. It was too forced.

I dropped this series when the last arc started. I couldn't take anymore of the terrible writing. You don't need to remind the reader of small details every chapter (like putting a thought bubble that has Tsuna saying "oh yeah mom doesn't know anything"). When I saw it had ended I quickly finished it and it's just not leaving a very good taste in my mouth. When Checkerface revealed himself I didn't even remember who the old dude was. Sigh. After getting thru the terrible gag portion the varia arc really got me hooked...the future arc started good and then quickly got boring...and the Simon arc made me drop the series. Anyway overall 6/10 I guess.
