Watashi becoming queen on an island for some reason. Fairies are random as always. Life with Fairies on the island is lol~ It's kind of like the life in Snow White except there are many fairies (and increased daily). And once she said they are leaving, the fairies' melancholy became rain... |

| In this episode: The Rise and Fall of the Watashi Empire. Very funny stuff. The social commentary was a bit more in your face here than in the previous arcs but it was still a great episode. My favorite random gag had to be the narcotics fairy: -"Hey boy... what is this?" -"A narcotic." -"Arrest him." |
| This was my favorite episode of this series yet because of the Fairies!!! They had me cracking up the entire episode with their antics and childish demeanors, On another note, this whole episode was basically the "ED" of the show with humanity rising, peaking, declining which I enjoyed the correlation |

| I laughed at 'Religion' being on the fairies' list of necessary inventions. The fairies building symbols and monuments to acquire further purpose once their basic needs were fulfilled was a nice touch as well. The social commentary was definitely not as subtle as in the previous arcs but this still remains one of the smartest series I've seen in years. |

| I'm not sure about everyone else, but I feel as if this has been one of the best episodes. The entire thing was just hilarious, with so many different things going on I'm not even sure where to begin. As This is episode 9, that means 3 episodes left. This one doesn't SEEM to be a two-parter like all previous episodes, so that means either we are getting a three-parter, or that this is a two parter and we are missing something. I propose the missing something is the missing fairy from the beginning of the episode, the one who was the pushover and pushed out of the fairy meeting at the beginning I doubt that though, so I'm putting my money on a three parter for the finale. Ms. sweets also brings up "The last time grandpa hit me was before I left for school." at the very end of the episode. In the op the only people we haven't met is a group of girls. So my educated guess for this next arc/episode, we'll be seeing Ms. Sweets in a completely new setting. School! this could mean we finally get a lesson in human history and what exactly happened to those silly humans. The Fairies ability to build and create technology so fast is disturbing and the fact that this show is about Humanity’s decline; it only makes me wonder if the fact that the fairies are a direct cause of why that is so. Humanity’s reliance on the fairies who show little to no constraint at all would definitely lead me to believe that humanities reliance on them lead to this decline. The fairies were awesome(and just a bit creepy). They, with no leader, are all too happy to become the willing subjects of Ms. Sweets. They shower her with gifts, creating anything she would ever want and in return she gives them candy. Eventually from trees and other various(rare) bugs and such they are able to create an entire new society within a week. Of course though, easy come easy go, and before you know it, the fairies frivolous nature ends up destroying all of the essentials.(hmm...social commentary much, Jintai?) Luckily the only causalities are the island and its spiders(and maybe any fairies who may have been stuck in the mud.) The fairies all had pretty great lines. Pretty much anytime they talked brought about another laugh from myself. Ms. Sweets was fantastic as always. She took a little too quickly to becoming a queen of the fairies and only proves once again how this ambiguous little girl is just a bit too accepting of raw power. Of course she is able to hide all the fairies and get off with a head bump from grandfather. Something I hadn't really noticed until now, but I love how they use the music. They have some fantastic set up music, that just works for the moods they use. I can not wait for next weeks episode and am deeply saddened that this show is so close to completion. One of the best of the summer, and will most likely be ending up on my list of favorites. |

| I HATED THIS EPISODE. Because with it, we're one step closer to Jinrui ending y.y On a more serious note, fairies really shone in this episode. They had a great deal of amazing lines that had me in stitches several times. Gotta give it another 5/5 Crawken said: Something I hadn't really noticed until now, but I love how they use the music. I don't know if I hadn't been paying enough attention before (because I usually don't pay much attention to the use of music unless it's particularly good/bad/fitting) or it was more prominent this time, but I was thinking the exact same thing. | So far the best episode (I feel like I keep saying this all the time). I agree that the music was very well done in this episode, I especially loved it when the ending music started. Since chronology is really messy (the only thing I dislike about it) I decided to make a chronology table for other people interested in it (or maybe I'm the only one). Assistant arc -> Probes arc -> Chicken arc->(?) Yaoi arc->(?) Stranded arc I'm not really sure whether to put Stranded arc at the very beginning or at the end. Since we haven't heard anything about school before, I assume it belongs to the end. I'm not sure about the Yaoi arc as well since it can work both before Probes and after Chicken. If anyone has information about this, let me know. I need to know the chronological order. XD Now, I'm going to fit this arc into the "Watashi is a mentally ill kid" theory. Yaay!! WARNING long rant ahead. |

| The reject fairies made me feel somewhat better about fairies overall. Seeing them down about more than not getting sweets was something of a relief. Maybe making them feel like something I can understand a tiny bit better as living creatures. |
