| This episode didn't advance any plot, neither did it have any character development. Instead we're presented with a mysterious and rather thrilling "monster" movie-like episode that sends shivers down the spine, but that by the end it cracks you up with how ridiculous and funny it was! This one wins the award for craziest and most original episode of Bebop. Also, Faye literally strips Jet; Jet drinks Spike's homemade herb-medicine from dried lizard; Spike tries to light his cigar with a flamethrower; and Ed eats THE THING! Lesson 4: Never leave things in the fridge! The End |

| An alright episode. My favorite part was the end of the episode where is actually said "The End" instead of "See You Space Cowboy..." I love the preview of the next episode with Ed's commentary too xD |

| Oh Ein, you adorable piece of dog. And Ed just makes it better. This episode was like a parody of every horror monster film ever. It was so funny. And even though Spike claims he doesn't like dogs, he still grabbed Ein when the unknown monster was approaching. |

| This was quite an ominous yet comedic episode, also, Ebola? Didn't know that was a thing back then. |
| If Cowboy Bebop is a musical anime (which partially is), in the sense that each episode can be represented by a music genre, this would be romantic classical music. Despite the use of horror elements such as the suspense carried out when Spike was trying to kill off the unknown alien and that everyone (except Ed) somehow 'died' from the disease, the ending was somewhat a sort of mockery to the element of all things seriousness in the events of the episode in which all the unknown materials are slowly let off into space in a romantic fashion. 'Romantic', to be precise. |
