It's one of the "Okabe trying to save Mayuri" situation. In that situation Okabe and Mayuri got separated and Mayuri disappeared while they were fleeing. Unable to find Mayuri, he decided to go back to the lab. There she received a text form Kiryuu Moeka with a picture of gel-Mayuri. This revealed that Mayuri got kidnapped by CERN and was experimented on and sent to the past to become gel-Mayuri. OHH!! Gosh that's creepy...But thanks for answering my question! Now it makes sense. | Suzuha finally reveals she's John Titor and I didn't expect that! I thought she was related to John Titor or Okabe was John Titor, but I didn't know she herself is John Titor. She also reveals important information about the world lines and that the satellite is a time machine.. so now I'm not so confused about the first episode. Kurisu trying to cheer Okabe and also doing her own mad scientist impression was so cute! :) And when Kurisu said that she won't remember Okabe calling her Kurisu, before Okabe time leaped again, showed that Kurisu really cared about Okabe. :') |

| So Okarin fails to save Mayuri, but good thing Kurisu and Suzuha are there to help him. Another plot twist: Suzuha is a time traveller, and she is "John Titor". Mind blown again. |

| I slightly expected Suzuha to be from the future since she was acting weird towards Kurisu for no reason but I didn't expect her to be John Titor lol. At least I didn't have to watch Mayuri die over and over again this episode. Now that they know how to save Mayuri I wonder how they're going to change the world line that drastically and what's going to be so different that fate itself changes. |

| I would PAY to see the look on my face when Suzu said she's John Titor. Now THAT I was not expecting. This also leaves me antsy about Kurisu. I believe that she isn't a spy, but Suzu can't be wrong. She says it's going to happen, and that makes me nervous. I don't want it to happen! It's a refreshing change of pace to watch an anime whose ending has not been spoiled for me. :) |

I started thinking about who it could be from the characters that we know, and the only logical solution was Suzuha, and the more I watched, the more convinced I became! She hated The Zombie, saying that she hasn't done anything yet, but will do something later... I FEEL SO SMART NOW, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA |

| Now this is something I didn't expect!! For her to be "John Titor"...an alias.... Scientifically speaking (in theory), this actually makes sense now. I was bothered at first that worldlines were so similar to each other despite the Butterfly Effect, however, that's because these were minor changes. They all led to the same general ending despite small differences... a large enough difference has to occur to protect Mayuri... And also, OKABE is the one who created the divergence meter...so this series doesn't begin at the first time he went back in time...it starts after that. It's a little confusing how he didn't retain memory of his future self's travel, though...even if the Time Leap hadn't been created, he was still able to retain memories among timelines. Maybe this is because his future self had transcended the divergence barrier? Maybe one becomes unable to retain their memories at this point? One way or another, this series has my FULL attention now. This has just turned out beautiful thus far. |

| [Rewatch - BD version] I'm just gonna say it. That hand grabbing was pure sex. "5 hours ago I won't remember that you called me Kurisu" and her bitter expression... oh god, my feelings... I love how Kurisu has always been there for Okabe and how she's the only one that truly understands him. "I come from the year 2036. I am the time traveler, John Titor." BOOM! The revelation. Info dump is coming, and oh, this series needs it. I mean, you even fancy it. Kids, read this well... Steins;Gate makes a hell lot of sense. |

| Well that was a bombshell drop. Suzuha did a really good job of explaining time travel in this series in a way that the other characters haven't been able to. So he has to hop onto a radically different world line that is divergent from the one he is one. It is interesting that he is stuck in a timeline in which Mayuri always dies. Kurisu is starting to grow on me too. |
