| You know, ever since I started reading the manga, Misa's hotness has lessened. She's freakin' HOT in the manga. The anime cannot do her any justice. Light looks the same though. *cries* Anyway, another great episode. I'm really not impressed at all by AnimeNoobs Fansubs though. I can translate better at some points. That's mostly 'cause I read the manga though so that coupled with my meager one semester of Japanese lets me understand a bit. Quite a few mistakes by the translator in this episode. Bah. It's hard to comment on stuff in the episode because I've read the manga, rofl. L dying would be freakin' awesome for Light. World domination ftw. |

| That's 'cause it's all about speed-subbing now that the good groups have dropped it. Whoever gets it out first gets the most downloads, thus the most popularity. Same thing happened with Naruto before Dattebayo came around. |
| Whew...finally got to watch the episode! Sometimes I wish I hadn't read the manga so everything unfolding would be a surprise, but...it's still a lot of fun to see Light manipulate Misa and the friendship between L and Light blossom. Awww! Now the fun begins... |

| L keeps on eating sweets. hahaha.... he keeps on eating... and he was so cute sitting like that eating donuts and saying that Light was his first friend.. awwww.. :(( but i wonder if that was one of his tactics too?? like make light like him??? and rem actually agreed to killing L!?!?!? NO!!!!!!!!! but at the end, light was like shocked that L would just die like that? is he starting to like L too as, you know, L's first friend?? hahaha.. just kidding.. this is getting interesting.. |

| Man, this is so depressing. A great episode, but still makes me feel so sorry for L. L just can't seem to win. There's too much against him, and it's all for the wrong reasons :( I guess they really succeeded in getting me to become attached to a character. | Yeah, probably fav moments: "Light is my first friend" LOL "This is the first time I ever felt like punching a girl" & " L will die... so easily??" :P But I still can't get attached to any of the characters :|. To me Death Note is kinda like CSI: NY :D ; I like the mystery but I don't care about the characters. It's gonna be interesting though to see how is L gonna get out of this one o_O... And just let me say that Rem must be the stupidest Shinigami I've ever seen in an anime :| [ lol even Grell has more brains than him/her]. I have seen though more annoying girls than Misa :D... |

| i don't know why,but this episode was hella funny for me xD the way Light was playing with the pen on the class while thinking,how Misa slammed into Light like ayu into Yuiichi :P,or how L was licking the donut were only a few of the moments that cracked me up this episode xD anyway,really good episode,i don;t think L will die though,there are 23 more episodes to go :) |

| I don't understand Rem... even if she just wants Misa to be happy, why's she following her orders, when they're based on Light's lies... I like her for cornering Kira, though... She'd die just to see him dead if anything is to happen to Misa - so contrasting with Ryuk(who I like too :P ) |
