According to Comic Blade, Azuchi Ryo's manga Sofuteni was announced to get a TV anime adaptation.

Synopsis:
Kasuga Asuna is a junior high school girl, who belongs to a soft tennis club. Her aim is to win the national championship but such a dream has gone somewhere else in her school life filled with fancies and ecchi accidents.

Wow, I doubt that last one will make in the show(and it's kinda disturbing). At least it's an ecchi anime that won't involve catgirls(hopefully), since it seems there's one every season.

I wonder which studio is handling the show. Just from the designs of characters on the cover, it looks like something Xebec would handle.

Meh.

It might be amusing as a guilty pleasure, but I'm definitely not watching it during broadcast.

This is one of those anime where you have to wait for the Blu-ray release for it to be worthwhile due to TV censorship.

Also, that last scene might make it into the inevitable DVD/Blu-ray special, but not the TV series itself.

it's been done a lot. What's interesting is sports in this. Bondage is good and the inflatable thing is interesting. Maybe I will check it out but sports is a no no for me in anime usually.

This might be good. Bamboo Blade's and Umisho's plot are similar to this since they're slice of life/ecchi shows with a sport theme.

I have a physical copy of Sofuteni Vol. 1, and I just want to point out that the central/main character's name is actually Harukaze Asuna.
